You were in my hood! I’ve been binging your vlogs while crocheting and got excited when you said Lakewood. lol. I went to a market at the Lakewood mall and my husband suggested I start selling my stuff. Can’t wait to do my first market.
Hey Ara, personally I enjoy watching all your vlogs whether they're short or long 😂 long ones are nice as you get more fitted in and if anything I pause if I have to go somewhere and rewatch when I get back.
Have to say it's so refreshing to see how warm you are with other vendors and just saying that simple "goodluck today" can really make someone's morning 😊 I love how the crochet community support one another.
Oh and guess what!? I finally bought a wagon a few days ago! A double decker one so I can store my gazebo and more stuff underneath. Can't wait to use it in 2 weeks for my next market! 🎉❤

I also have anxiety, but markets have helped me to confront it! Also, I'll watch any length of video! I don't mind longer videos since I like to watch them while I crochet :)
Thanks for the feedback Haley~ I think we all have some level of anxiety 🫨 I think as long as we can manage it and keep on with activities that give us joy, we will cope and find peace of mind ☺️
omg i also have so much driving anxiety 😭 i recently did my first market and i got there as soon as i was allowed to set up cuz im so scared of hitting other cars when i park 😂😂

I think you should mix it up, short and long videos.. Sometimes I want something quick to watch and sometimes I like crocheting along with a lengthy video. :)

I have severe anxiety and so my husband drives me to all of my markets and my 15yr old son stays with me. It is really crippling when your 45 and you feel like your being childish. Mine is due to trauma. I’m hoping it goes away but, I’ve been doing markets for 10yrs and it’s only gotten slightly better.
Thank you for sharing! I hope you are able to find what it is you need to cope with your anxiety, especially as it is attributed to trauma. That’s tough, but you are tougher! 🙏🏼 I’m so glad to hear you have an amazing support system so that you can continue on with doing things that you love! I think it’s good to lean on our loved ones for support when we need it and to give yourself grace for how you feel~ ♥️
