Livingston and Haven New Headquarters, Charlotte NC

Livingston & Havens new corporate headquarters sits on 6 acres directly across from the original headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. Construction on the 60,000 square foot two-story building began in May 2007 and was completed in July 2008.
The front of the building, housing the office area, is structural steel construction, glass and stucco like material. The green glass in the drum section is echoed in the front entrance. The back of the building houses the 8,500 square foot Research and Development facility and warehouse.

Visitors enter through frameless glass and walk through an arch of green granite into the lobby. Thats occupied by a cherry reception desk and a large flat screen television displaying information about Livingston & Haven.

The corporate headquarters features a lecture hall used for training classes and seminars. The lecture hall seats 50+ people and features tiered seating for ease of viewing.

In addition, theres a large training room mainly used to train associates. From safety training to customer service training, this room is allows large groups of associates to be trained at one time, cutting back on time consumed for training purposes.
