5 YEAR LOUIS VUITTON GM AGENDA REVIEW & PLANNER SET UP FOR 2024, minimal planning.

- A review of my Louis Vuitton agenda in the gm size now I have owned this agenda and used it heavily for 5 years. I share with you a quality issue with the Louis Vuitton agenda, the LV repair process and what I thought about the quality of the repair. Also, a general overview of the agenda and review of how I use it, what I think of it. I then share with you my set up for my agenda for 2024, and how I will be using my agenda and the inserts I use and how I use them. I would be probably classed as a minimal planner, my planner is quite streamline and clean.

I have the same gm agenda and have some of the same stickers and inserts from Vantage Agendas too ! I absolutely love mine although carrying smaller bags I rarely take it out of the house now. Instead I carry around my pm agenda to jot things down on the go. Everything goes into my gm agenda though...health, budgets, appointments, weight tracker, recipes, meal planner, shopping lists...literally my life!!

I got an LV DESK agenda so that I could slip my Hobonichi A5 planner in it. I slip the back cover on the right hand side, I have a dotted Hobonici notebook on the lefthand side by slipping the front cover into the slot. The agenda doesn't have the snap closure like the GM/MM/PM agendas, but I'm fine with that--I like using an A5 planner that is already bound instead of loose pages that you need to put in rings. No shade to the GM agenda lovers at all--just giving those who want to use a physical planner options!
This is my set up as well! I love it so much. I used to lust after the gm ring cover but bought a desk agenda preloaded in new condition and haven’t thought about the rings once since I discovered Hobonichi in June. Love this set up for myself as it contains my life in one book. Although I did get the A6 day free for work and I am making custom weekly spreads on the blank pages.
Maybe i need a desk planner as well.... !!

I love this review and how positive you are. I’m getting tired of other channels lecturing their viewers on what a waste of money luxury is, but then they turn around and tell us to save our money for a Birkin or a $20,000 diamond watch 🙄

Hi Amelia! I have a Coach notebook cover that I use for my agenda. It doesn't have the rings or the extra pockets, but I love it because it's not as heavy and it fits into my smaller bags too. It also has flowers on it. It just makes me happy and suits me.💕☺️🇨🇦
I bought a kit last year off Amazon and converted my coach notebook cover into a ring binder. I missed the pockets and slips so switched to the LV desk agenda. But I still use my coach as a password keeper and important notes for work. They are great little items.
I love that you use it and the agenda can be very heavy

I have a desk agenda and use the hobonichi cousin in it. I often wonder, 6 months later if i really should have bought it. I I still do love it so much! I do use mine daily and carry everywhere. I got the GM LV agenda earlier this year. I use it everyday and love it!! The button does show the wear. No way I’m sending it in for repair. I faithfully got a new agenda every year before I got this one. I’m hooked on this one for as long as it lasts. I also have the inserts from Emma at Vantage Agenda. They are so pretty!! Thanks for the updated video on your agenda. The color on the button and the closure tab is usual wear and tear on the LV agenda. I like you got mine along time ago and am lucky enough to have a huge collection including some of the most rare and coveted ones in GM (multi colored and Damier Azur). They will never leave my collection...lol

Beautiful planner with great "innards". I've got a lovely Mulberry planner. Middle sized one...forget what it's called as it's sooo old! It's well used and well loved. It got a gorgeous Vantage feather dashboard at Christmas!! And tiny post it notes with a mulberry Alexa on them!! I live in hope of Emma bringing out a full range that will fit the Mulberry planners. I also have the small version that I'd bring out of retirement specially!!! Happy New Year!!🎉

Thank you for detailing the inserts; I love seeing how people plan. I've had my GM agenda for 1 year now and also use it every day. It's still pristine, aside from wear on the brass button. For this amount of money, I'm sure LV could make it out of real brass 😂. But it doesn't bother me. I just use Filofax inserts and because my daily diaries are digital, I only use monthly inserts and then 5 different sections of notes for various purposes. I don't declare nearly enough work-related expenses and breaking down projects visually into goals instead of just to-do lists looks great too, so I'll give those a go this year!!

I get hold of second hand planners, and started making covers. I have a lot of new planners in boxes, I’m not useing.

I got the Desk Agenda first then kept thinking about the agendaGM so eventually caved in… I have converted the desk agenda in to an agenda too and alternate between them. Exessive? Maybe, am I happy? YES 😂😂

The agenda button is the same as the button on the 6 key. That button is going to wear off with daily use. Accept it and move on. Same with the ring dents. Yours looks to be in solid condition. Can't complain about anything on that cover. I'm a Hobonichi A5 and A6 user so I appreciate your stationary love.
I think mine has held up great for 5 years use!
Update… I was influenced by you to try vantage agenda inserts. 😂🤣😂🤣😂😅. I’m currently waiting for them to arrive I hope I love them when they arrive.

I use a digital planner thats on my ipad. I could never 'lug' around something like this. I always wanted to be a planner girl, but I would always fall off in like March.

I recently bought an LV Large Ring Agenda, and the metal pieces on both ends are making rattling sounds when the rings are open, so they seem to be loose. I also have medium and small ring agendas, but they do not have this issue. Could you tell me if your large ring agenda does the same? I am wondering if I should return it.
