Personal Experience from 3 years of learning japanese isa lang talaga masabi ko eto ay walang mahirap pag pinag handaan at pinag aralan ang isang bagay , 2019 nung nag start ako first ko na encounter yung grammar structure ng nihongo nag dalawang isip agad ako na itutuloy ko pa pero inimagine ko nalang yung sarili ko kapag gumaling ako sa nihongo what if nakakakinig ako ng music without the need of translation parang swabe na parang english songs lang ,fast forward 2022 napag aralan ko na n1 grammar and kanji so isusummarize ko lang kung ano pwede ko tips sa mga nag babalak mag aral ng nihongo TIP#1 be patient TIP#2 walang mahirap sa pag aral ng nihongo ( try mo mag aral ng isang kanji from n1 by writing and speaking it again and again eventually this "hard" kanji will be easy) TIP#3 repetition is the key (sulat lang ng sulat aral lang ng aral) TIP#4 when it comes to grammar ang napapansin ko lang talaga is di mo naman talaga kaylangan mag focus sa "grammar" kaylangan mo lang alamin yung "function" ng isang word for example the word "kakeru" "かける" this word could mean "when it comes to" or pwede rin "half- or in the middle of" tsaka side note importante talaga mag aral ng kanji para ma differenciate yung mga words. TIP#5 pina ka imortante sa lahat "go all the way" hindi pwede yung pwede nato pwede nayan mentality kasi infinite naman ang capability ng tao mag aral kahit anong bagay payan pwede mo pag aralan so there is always room for improvement ang problema lang is time ako personally nag start ako before pandemic tapos hanggang ngayon nag aaral padin ako pero vocabulary nalang so i consider myself lucky kasi nagamit ko yung dami ng freetime noong pandemic 2019 tapos tinuloy tuloy ko na.
additional tip ko btw is mas effective kapag itatranslate sa tagalog ang japanese word instead of english kasi mas madali maka hanap ng angkop na synonyms at madali tandaan kapag tagalog.
I still call myself very newbie in learning Japanese language cos I just started lay April 2022. And I am very thankful na I am going to experience to study in Japan to learn more about japanese language and culture. Hopefully it will go well and I do my best to be fluent and talk like a native speaker someday. Hoping to have a great career to there!😄 Ganbatte mina!!!
I passed JLPT N5 and Im self study, actually my sister is the one who studying japanese but I try it also, and I take an exam gladly I passed. I can speak Japanese na nakarange sa vocabulary ko what I mean is kaya kong makapag communicate hanggat alam ko ung vocabulary coz I knwo basic grammar and particles, I practice through language exchange pero di lagi kaya naman everyday I take a notes, sinusulat ko ung mga vocabulary and lalo na ung kanji, tbh mahirap talaga kanji but I know the first 150 kanji road to 1k jk haha..pag ready na uli im gonna take JLPT N4 busy lang kse kaya di makafull focus, i hope i passed again. Tips ko lang sa nag aaral ng Japanese, be patient, sipag and aral mula sa una like alphabet or ung hiragana and katakana sa nihonggo, ung pronounciation, pag nag aaral ako new language I consider myself as toddler na walang alam like zero para mas matuto ako then I start sa basic.BTW Its my hobby to study other language, una kong inaral korean and spanish before Jpanese.
