Ridge is stunned when he realizes that Steffy is wearing Bill Spencer’s sword necklace. Bill tells an upset Wyatt that he is planning to marry Steffy right away. Wyatt attempts to convince Bill that if he marries Steffy that he will lose Liam forever. Liam conveys to Hope the magnitude of the situation with Steffy. Steffy shares with Ridge her power play with Bill.
Liam just knows what to say to each woman to make them forget that he's a waffler
"He is going to be the father to his own grandchild. That is sick."
This sentence so reminds me of Ridge, who tried to play Daddy to Douglas. And now Ridge is on his moral trip to tell Steffy what do do.

@@jacarriusdoesthings Ronn wasn't a seasoned actor and it showed in his performance. I always felt he was awkwardly aware of himself while playing Ridge. Ridge was a good Dad when they were babies and when they were preteens but once Taylor came back and they were teens by then and Steffy was gone to London he changed in my opinion. He did very little to secure relationships with HIS kids because he was to busy playing daddy to Brooke rowdy bunch. Ridge dropped the ball and his character knows it and only since Thorsten been around has he actively managed to show his love and devotion to them once again.

Liam is just SO GOOD at stating exactly what Steffy and Hope wanted to hear.... thing is - they were just words with no meaning. Liam is hypocritical, fickle and shallow. He criticized Steffy more than she deserved and gave Hope more credit than she ever deserved. Steffy deserves better than Liam
I completely agree, Liam cheated on Steffy more than once. Steam's first marriage, Liam sleeps with Hope and kisses her in public. Steffy's second marriage, Hope kisses Liam after losing his child. Steam's third wedding, Liam kisses Sally twice, and Hope several times when he's in her hotel room. and sleeps with Hope and proposes to her while he was still married. Steffy has only been unfaithful once since meeting Liam. but he and hope are hypocrites cause they also have skeletons in their cupboards. and many more sleepings that Steffy surprised between Liam and Hope. and I don't even speak when Liam was with Steffy before she got pregnant. Hope threw Liam on the bed in an attempt to sleep with him. or when she had Kelly, and she caught Liam and Hope in the half-naked storage room. while Liam was engaged to Steffy and going to remarry. Hope often criticized Steffy, but Hope is so much worse

As much, I respect the message she has with her clothing line and I find it honorable for girls who want to respect a lifestyle. But, Steffy never slept with Liam when he was married or engaged to Hope. except there, in 2021, I neither agree with what she did and neither does he. However, Steffy has much more respect for Lope's or almost marriage commitments than Lope has ever honored the three marriages and the Steam commitment. I've never never been a fan of Hope either - her message may have been good ( and Steffy actually suggested the environmental aspect of it) but hope never followed her own message. But hope always seemed just so entitled, two-faced, hypocritical, and manipulative that i couldn't like her. She seemed like a snob half the time and she thought Liam had to prove himself to her repeatedly, so when she broke up with him, she only wanted him back when she realized he was moving on with Steffy, and she would do anything to take him from Steffy, including lie to Liam.

Ridge is wrong - it didn’t start with Bill and Steffy. It started with his bad behavior. It started with how poorly he treated both of his families and his own children going back forth between Taylor and Brooke.

no class 1936 I’m not condoning what Steffy did but what about Liam who every time things go bad with Hope he went running to Steffy and vice versa. The thing that truly pissed me off in this storyline how judgmental Hope came off on Steffy about Bill but did she forget how her mom slept with Bill while with Katie and how her MOM MARRIED BILL!! Brooke has no room to judge Steffy but she just kept placating Hope so her daughter can get her way. Hope and Liam are the most boring couple anyway and I’m glad they finally together so we can see how they will tank their marriage itself. I’m tired of Steffy getting the short end of the stick. Steffy should have married Bill. Who cares what Brooke think considering how many men she went through including her daughter’s husband and boyfriend as well as her sister’s boyfriend. If Ridge was a better father instead of always going along with Brooke then Ridge’s children wouldn’t have the issues they have today. Steffy always turned to Bill to feel that void because of her daddy issues.

If I follow your reasoning, in this case Ridge dated Caroline Senior first, Rick dated Amber first, Marcus dated Steffy first, Nick dated Brooke first, Stephanie dated Eric first , Maya dated Carter first, Thomas dated Caroline Junior, Hope dated Oliver first, and Deacon dated Bridget. Please don't get so fixated on the fact that you don't like Steffy. To recognize that Liam and Hope are also responsible.

It's so stupid the lengths some women will go to just to say they "won". It makes women look needy, desperate and stupid. Steffy was not being honest and playing sly. and Hope, to listen to her mother and Katie when Hope absolutely did not want to make her first time with Liam while he was still married. Hope's message was clearly good, but she ruined it by wanting to listen to other people. Liam also confessed not too long ago that he fell in love with Steffy when he saved her from drowning while in a relationship with another.

Mary A well she did in the end. It would have been interesting to see Bill and Steffy as a power couple. In the end, Steffy got the short end of the stick. Hope got Liam, Beth, and Douglas. I'm trying to recall. Isn't this the same thing Steffy pulled on Katie when she was going after Bill while he was married to Katie who also had a child with him? She didn't seem to have a problem with going after "the married man and his family, then!" So, now, Liam is playing the part of his father and Hope is playing Steffy....just a year earlier. Taylor even interrupted her and Bill in Steffy's bedroom when Bill told her that he would leave Katie. Now, Steffy's feelings are hurt? Cheating Is Always Wrong!

Here's why I can't watch this show everyday today Hope went to see Eric about his affair with Donna Hope and Brooke both think they are owed explantions from everyone on this show about their business mind your business Eric is a old man watching him have this conversation with her was painful had to turn the channel have to turn whenever Brooke is on the screen
So much for miss innocent Hope! She was caught in a dressing room cheating with a man that just had a baby and was working things out with his family. Talk about a home wrecker! Bill was carrying on in the same over the top fashion when he was about to marry Brooke so his undying love for Steffy is bull. Just as Ridge said, when Steffy doesn't take Liam back he's gonna do an about face with Hope and right on cue, he does exactly that. Ridge is also right about Bill and Steffy's realizing it. She's not going to lose her dad's love and admiration now she has it, to be with a man her father despises.
Ridge definitely had Liam's number. (After all, Ridge was basically the same way.)

Writers please put Liam out of Hope's life for awhile. Didn't want her with Thomas but now, go Thomas go! Liam needs his eyes to be open they got him playing dumb and stupid let him be dumb and stupid and along.
Hope says she "feels bad about what happened, but ....." she had an ulterior motive all along and it was to turn El Lamo against Steffy then act like she's such a saint. Hope always talks trash about steffy and stands there with that stupid smirk on her face like she's so much better than other people. She's been lying go Liam for years and he's too dumb to learn from it, so he and Hope deserve each other. They're both narcissistic and toxic anyway - and right now, I feel bad for Beth because she's going to be Hope 2.0 when she starts growing up
Negative descriptions of the character Hope is not what the writers say about her. They say Hope is the Heroine of the show. I find it to be true. She's not perfect, not at all but she hasn't done anything remotely immoral as all the other characters on B&B. She's a good character.

This is talent and folks like you and Margaret Morton should form a writing team entitled, "Soap Operas revisited. I'd watch and would financially support to get things off the ground. No kidding, not being sarcastic. Steffy used every trick in the Book to divide Liam and Hope from the very beginning and there after. She deliberately abused her step sister out of jealousy towards Hope and hatred for Brooke. She manipulated the entire break up of Hope and Liam. Bill and even Thomas helped. Ok, fast forward...when she came back on the scene, she was sincere in helping Steffy and Liam reunite although she was still in love with Liam, the man that was manipulated out of her life at EVERY TURN they took. If it wasn't Steffy and Bill it was her Brother Rick. Liam wasn't innocent. He was a weakling. He was like dust scattering wherever the wind blew the hardest. The writers never indicated that the character Hope was anything except sincere upon her return. She pleaded with Liam to take Steffy back. That was a sincere efforts on her behalf otherwise, they would have shown her scheming like Steffy and Thomas. They would have shown her plotting and planning in her mind or with Brooke. That never happened. So in conclusion, she's not an evil character who needs reforming like a few of the characters such as Steffy, Thomas, Quinn, Vinny and weakling Brooke and Bill. Ridge.... I agree with the writers. Hope's a heroine on this show. She's given little Douglas a stable home, she's sincere about Steffy. She's not perfect, but over all, she's a good girl. I wish they would've allowed her to be a little evil. It would have made things a bit more interesting.

Liam had already annulled his marriage to Steffy and had relations with Hope and was engaged to Hope. He later found out that Bill faked the second sleeping around session with Steffy and both Hope and Liam agreed to call off the wedding. Then Liam discovered Hope was pregnant and he decided to date BOTH WOMEN and make a decision on if he would be with Steffy and Kelly or Hope and the baby that they conceived while they WERE ENGAGED TO EACH OTHER AND HE WASN'T MARRIED TO STEFFY. Steffy went off because she was sure that Liam would return to them and not choose a pregnant Hope. After she saw them together then she decided to marry Bill because she SHE AND LIAM'S MARRIAGE WERE ALREADY DISSOLVED.
When Beth was concieved and Lope got engaged, Steam were still married... Liam didn't sign those papers until the morning after..
