I play a Conn Connstellation 38b and I think this horn is much better than this Kanstul Mariachi. It sound better and the higher register cannot be compared.
Sorry, can't give you a reliable comparison - the Mariachi is too far in the past. I like testing trumpets, so I usually change them several times a year. But the Mariachi - as far as I can remember - wasn't a very flexible trumpet. It had a very rich tone, much core, but wasn't either lightweight nor was it a heavy horn like a Bach Artisan. I prefer my Sonare!
I don't remember exactly, but I think it was a Warburton 5MD for playing in the staff and a Warburton 7ESV for the upper register.
how does it compare to the sonare 800 ?

What mpc was used?
song?? 1:24
Something of Simply Red I guess... don't know the title.
"You Make Me Feel Brand New"
No way to compare the 2 instruments since you play in one direction with one trumpet and a different with the other trumpet. Not smart.
