For the people saying nier is mid 1. the game has been out for like 4 days 2. You haven't seen some of her setups, she has really oppressive pressure when you get going with high low 50/50s, and some pretty nuts damage off the right hits She's one of those characters where I don't think we'll really know how good she is til the game has progressed more than 4 DAYS guys. Jesus it's been 4 days, way too early to really be making judgements
She's going to be really good when she's figured out more, keep in mind it's only been 2 days and already we're seeing some nasty setups with 236 h and some high low 50/50s. She has a lot of potential

your point? Nier might be the easiest character to counter. We just have to wait and not label her as broken or mid yet.

I guess because other characters just deals too much damage, so Nier didn't get a chance to pressure them back.

nier is extremely strong when played the right way. shes a bit more nuanced than other characters because she is a puppet character.
