It so refreshing to hear the truth, not watered down or changed, I’ve have had to show people, “Christian” people what the real meaning on repent means “meta” means change and “noia” means mind, it’s literally just changing your mind and how you think, about sin, about God, about what Jesus did for you Metanoia is the Greek word for repent, and is where we get the word metamorphosis which means change physically
