Olympic gold medalist Shamier Little on running the 400m, breaking records and Paris 2024 | Athlos

Coming off of setting American and World records at the Olympics, Shamier Little ended her season at Athlos NYC. Little took fourth place in the 400m in 51.28. After the race, I caught up with the Olympic gold medalist to talk about her 400m/400m hurdle double, Paris and why freedom and discipline are two sides of the same coin. She also took the time to give flowers to some of her training partners.
