Im so sorry you're going through this. There are other furnished apartment sites outside airbnb that might be cheaper and give you more time to find rhe right house. You can also message airbnb hosts and ask for a bigger discount than what is listed, the worst they can say is no. Best of luck! ❤
We really compromised when buying bc of a time crunch and I regret not resisting the pressure and sitting out and waiting for the right thing. Two years later and we’re getting the place ready to sell it bc those compromises have become huge issues. We probably won’t make the money totally back either, but we need to go sooner rather than later. Extreme stress is common during this process, it’s not unusual and it’s ok to feel it. Good luck!
There really is something deranged about the renting system as a whole. You find a suitable place, you make it your home, your good tenants - pay on time, don't damage the property or upset the neighbours. Live there for how ever many years...then...in the blink of on eye, you can be turfed out. 40 days to find somewhere else to live 😩, it should be illegal to do this to people. That stinks imo...i really feel for you & truly hope you find something better that gives you both more security.
Been there😢 they wanted your rent right up until the place got sold or rented to the next person. They didn't want gap in payment. Our current place we are on landlord #4😮 if we went for yr lease they would jack rent up 300 more per month so we stayed month to month
