On some forums it is saying use lsd fluid. Now I'm not sure what to use. How important is this? And how can I find out to be 100% sure?

I got some Valvoline 80w90 gl5 idk if it’s for limited slip differentials. Is that ok? It’s the high performance one
To be very honest with you I am not too sure, I wish I did have a good answer for you see if you could look up and find the exact bottle to make sure it’s not for a limited slip!

This is what it says in the description “Valvoline recommends SynPower Full Synthetic Gear Oil for limited slip differentials” so I should be good. Lol. The part # is vv831
