KosmoCare Height Adjustable Folding Walker with Castors unboxing & full review video. A walker can be the ideal solution to reduce lower-limb loading and thereby alleviate joint pain. The height adjustable folding walker combines strength and durability with lightweight ease of use.
The walker features a unique push-button mechanism for easy folding. The folding aluminum walker offers large 5-inch castors and newly designed rear glide caps for use on many types of terrain. The legs of the walker are made height adjustable with the help of push buttons.

The Contoured PVC Hand Grips are soft and non-slip which reduces hand pressure and fatigue and provides extra stability.
• FOLDING:- Easy push-button mechanisms may be operated by fingers, palms or side of hand. Foldable for storage and transportation. The height adjustment ranges from 80-100 cm which makes it suitable to use for persons of varying heights. The walking frame is easy to adjust with a easy push button mechanism.

पेशेंट जब बैठा हुआ है, तब इसको पकड़कर खड़ा होगा, फिर इसके सहारे चलेगा। पर खड़े होते वक्त, क्योंकि व्हील लगे हैं, क्या यह सरक नहीं जाएगा? उससे पेशेंट गिर सकता है। मैं सोच रहा हूं कि व्हीलवाला लेना चाहिए या नहीं। चलने के लिए व्हील अच्छा है पर खड़े होते वक्त क्या ठीक होगा?
Sir, it will not cause the patient to fall as the back legs are made of rubberized grips, which will not let the walker the move suddenly. It also creates an hindrance so that the wheel doesn't move while pressure is been applied on it. If you push the walker horizontally then only the wheel rotates i.e. while walking otherwise not, but if pressure is applied vertically then it will not cause the wheel to move. Instead, in case of the wheel one, patient don't need to lift the walker everytime while walking forward, he/she can just slide it over the floor & move forward. I think this wheel one will be a better choice sir, if you don't want to use the wheel just remove those two front legs with the carpet sliders, if anytime you need the wheel just replace them & it will be both way beneficial for you.

महोदय, यह रोगी को गिरने का कारण नहीं बनेगा क्योंकि पीछे के पैर रबरयुक्त ग्रिप से बने होते हैं, जो चलने वाले को अचानक हिलने नहीं देंगे। यह एक बाधा भी पैदा करता है जिससे कि जब उस पर दबाव डाला जाता है तो पहिया हिलता नहीं है। यदि आप वॉकर को क्षैतिज रूप से धक्का देते हैं तो केवल पहिया घूमता है यानी चलते समय नहीं तो नहीं, लेकिन यदि लंबवत दबाव डाला जाता है तो इससे पहिया नहीं घूमेगा। इसके बजाय, पहले पहिये के मामले में, रोगी को आगे चलते समय वॉकर को हर बार उठाने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती है, वह बस इसे फर्श पर स्लाइड कर आगे बढ़ सकता है। मुझे लगता है कि यह पहिया एक बेहतर विकल्प होगा सर, यदि आप पहिया का उपयोग नहीं करना चाहते हैं तो कालीन स्लाइडर्स के साथ बस उन दो सामने के पैरों को हटा दें, अगर कभी भी आपको पहिया की आवश्यकता हो तो बस उन्हें बदल दें और यह दोनों तरह से फायदेमंद होगा आप।
