How I Used Bread Proof Button For Samsung Gas Range/Stove. Bread Proofing Pizza Dough In the oven

I have this gas range now. I had an electric one at my other house. I was told to put a pan of hot water at the base of the oven. It’s what they did in a restaurant I worked at. Then put the dough on the lower rack above the water. It help quicken the rise process. I do this with my Easter bread all the time.
