It got that because Monty had the privilege of coaching stars who could win games for him, but Monty wasn't even good enough of a coach to get those great players a championship. Gores made the mistake because you need a coach who can massage players to become players like they had in Phoenix and didn't factor in how those great players covered up Monty Williams's coaching mistakes and wound up giving him a huge contract. If a coach turned down the first offer, Gores should have thought oh, he isn't really willing to see the vision of what we are doing here in Detroit and doesn't want to build up the team like we need and not offered him that massive contract. Hopefully, Gores learned a lesson with that huge mistake. We are lucky it was Gores money that was lost and doesn't affect the teams' salary cap at all.
All these Cavs fans who feel the desperate need to justify letting go of J.B , you're still nowhere near Celtic level basketball. Who you gonna blame next year ? 😂
He ass just like the piston made match in heaven
Sorry guys he’s a terrible coach, coming from a Cavs fan
that question about asaur just shows how bad the medical Staff was last year
40 wins
In Bickerstaff’s 3rd year I’d say we should be up to 40 wins
Not yet but soon
We'll be there soon
Need more talent.
