Hello. I’m curious since you’re putting your rolls in the freezer before a rise(I assume) how do you handle them when you’re ready to bake from the freezer? If you address it later in the video (I’m at the roll part lol) then don’t bother answering. 😅
I pull them out of the freezer about 2 hours before we plan to bake them, let them thaw
ise and bake as normal.

Does your oven have a "Self Cleaning" cycle on it? If so, put all your aluminum pans in the oven while on "Self Cleaning" cycle and clean your pans. Leave them in there for the whole cycle. Get that nasty burnt non stick coating off of them. Food won't stick on them after you clean them either.
