Hey people! I've had to deal with some personal issues the past month and had very little time to work on any videos, sorry about this. There should be more videos the coming months, especially with blizzcon! The WCS Global Finals are this weekend and next weekend, I suggest you check them out! twitch.tv/Starcraft I'll actually be attending Blizzcon this year! For some behind the scenes pictures you can follow the twitter (@SC2HL) and my personal one (@DTDsc) - Someone else will be taking over the channel to keep highlights coming
His level 15 passive is known as "The fist of Neeb", where if you max out on supply, and only have one worker, the Probe gains a huge speed boost and your army gets a massive defense and attack increase.
shonen84 as person who plays diffrent rts games like age of empires, i would say it is absolutly normal to kill eco population to get more army. Even if rogue had slighty better army comp, extra 30 population space snowballs victory.
@@piotrj333 Ive watched plenty of AoE professional games/ casual games to say this... AoE is a vastly different game... MUCH slower pace, killing an enemys base can take minutes when uncontested, In starcraft your base can be gone in under 30 seconds if you get either, "Doom Dropped" by a terran Bio, or a mass ling run-by... Entire banks of resources can be spent in under 20 seconds as many zergs have demonstrated. So for a player in SC2 to kill off their workers is a BIG deal.
"He has Boardwalk and Park Place right now, but Rogue, if you got hotels on Baltic Ave, you've still got a fighting chance" "You're such a nerd I love it" LMAOOOOO Love these casters!
Rogue's small pondering head tilt, so much emotion captured in such a small moment. Player's patience only rivalled by that of the director of photography
They tried their best to cast that final fight but it was really over in first 7 seconds when neebs army went from 199 to like 160 and rogues army went from 170 to like 60. After that the infectors couldn't do anything by themselves.
Rogue used 60 army supply to deal with 6 high templar. Its not like he can kill those templar before they use the storm anyway. So combine with the drone its a 80 supply diff in real army size, he gonna be legend if he can even hold that.
Rogue should've went for a base trade scenario. Protoss army cant split, while skyzerg also has that problem it can easily spam lings by sieging up drones But then again, I dont think Rogue would find that honourable
Navy Natro you cant base trade. Base trade with what? Neeb has recall and oracles. That isnt an option. All you can do is take more efficient engagements and never attack head on until youre certain of victory, which is how both were playing until rogue finally said fuk it.
N1rOx Forcing recalls for lings is exactly what Rogue needed. That almost guatantees the main zerg army will secure a base or put protoss is an uncomfortable position
Lawren Theroux yeah, I know what he meant. But i just find it funny how he mixed both words around :) Edit: nvm. Read your comment again and I get what you mean now. Even though that's a correct sentence aswell, I do believe he meant to say "Stargate unit that's made out of minerals" and mixed up the words on accident.
Toss is broken. He only had to attack-move command where zerg had to select which one to pull / fungal probe / not-target the baby planes from carriers / avoid storm, etc. On top of that, there's a Toss spell to reveal enemies for a huge amount of time.
Toss is super weak. You have to be wise to use the Mothership as trump card because lots of resource used. The Zerg on the other hand in late game is the most broken one. Watch Scarlet play and see how stupid this race is.
Got recommended today, I jsut wonder why Rogue used so many infesters in the late game but did't win. The difference that time was only the intercepters speed I remember...
People didn't really notice just how powerful mass infestor was so theres more focus on the viper corruptor ball than infestors Also feedback used to 1 shot high energy infestors so if you were to have 15 infestors feedback would instantly pop 8 of them b4 fungal and the neural could go off. whereas with viper corruptor quick spam out the paracidic bombs then even when the vipers die corruptor broodlord would carry the fight
Rogue's army was complete shit. Broodlords and ultras do nothing against air. Mass infestor does nothing because neural parasite is a wasted spell. All neural does is make it so half the protoss army doesn't die by the end of the fight. 4-5 infestors is enough to fungal everything and neural the mothership/ If Rogue's army was pure corruptor/viper/spore crawlers with a couple infestors to fungal then he might win
herpderpmonkey dude. Hate to break it to you, but corruptors are quite damn strong. Also, a couple of fungals combined with parasitic bombs, well placed and evenly spaced out would've done a lot more than brood lords and ultralisks against voidray-carrier-mothership
corruptors are literally THE shittiest unit against any protoss comp. Voidrays and stalker which are two core units of land and air toss respectively eat them for breakfast (prismatic alignment)
In my opinion, Void rays are like Thors and Battlecruisers. They are mostly useless unless you get a high amount of them or use them in certain scenario's. Max Sky toss with some void rays. Mech with a ton of Thors. Sky Terran with a ton of Battlecruisers. If you get just like one or 2 random BC's they do basically nothing.
2 BC can kill an entire wave of harvesters so idk what are you talking about. There was an occasion where the guy rush 2 BC, run it to the other side, kill the harvestors and warp back home. You will never see mass thor due to their size and their speed. Mass thor can be shutdown easily with zerglings/marines/marauders/zealots.
True on the Thor, but people still make like 10 Thors in Mech army's to deal with air. Making nothing but thors would be dumb. but in terms of the BC you forget that the cooldown is massive. So you can't harras non stop, you have to wait 70 seconds. Witch is a long time in StarCraft 2. The thing about the BC in terms of harass, is that by the time a BC comes out your opponent will have so many basses he can make a ton of Static defense for very little money. The reason I said BC's are horrible in low numbers is because you really have to use the YC and the TP very well. But the thing is even if you do, you have to research the cannon and the BC costs a ton as it is. In other words, making it basically a Sky Swarm host is not enough. When I said the BC's are mostly useless I was talking about big fights. The BC has horrible DPS for what it costs, so you have the cannon to make up for it. But not only do you have to research it making BC's as much of a investment as Broodlords, but 2-3 Yam Cannons will not kill or get units like the carrier very low. In other words in terms of big engagements. If you have 4 or less BC's, its not the right unit to go for. In terms of harass, they are ok. But compared to Swarm hosts, they are worse then SH's at harass and much more expensive to get. And what do you mean by "Wave of harvesters." If you mean 16, well let me just say this. If you lose 16 Drones when you have say 10 corruptors, you have no one to blame but yourself. Even if your on 5-6 bases.
have 2-3 ravens drop the PDD and that's GG for zerg's army. And also, getting rid of 10+ drones every 70 second is still a large amount of rss that zerg player will be missed, alongside the 10+ larva which are also important for any zerg army. It can also one shot basically all zerg unit except for ultralisk, making it extremely good against any expensive zerg units such as broodlords and lurkers. They can also be repaired which means that after every fight, if it stay alive, it can come back at full power again. Also, if you have never seen a pro games, there are almost no static defense what so ever. And no, the function of the BC is not to be sky swarm host, but an all-round unit that can burst down expensive units/structure.

SC2HL All good man, I hope you are OK and as excited as I am for BlizzCon
Hey, don’t worry about us. Worry about your issues first. AND IM HYPED FOR BLIZCON
its cool man. take care of yourself
Hope things goes well man I enjoy these videos very much
SC2HL hope ur all good loved this video just like the rest!
The probe still mining: "it ain't much but it's honest work."
*sweating profusely*
"I..i..i...i..if I don't stop mining, maybe he will spare me..?"
Legend has it that the probe hasn't stopped mining to this day.
Surprise attack
Yeet
Sup rice
some say neeb's lone probe is still mining to this day
always someone making a comment like this in SC2 vids
LOL 😂
This comment is greatness!
"All by myself... All by Myyyyyyself..."
"I have to feed 199 prottoss...I'll work very hard"
Rogue had 199 problems but the probe ain't one.
3djooboy Underrated comment.

Are you sure? The probe won.
These casters have me in tears. *The Fist of Neeb*
10/10 band name.
Artosis* had us in tears
Do we talk about that changeling block at 5:38?
Wow, thanks for pointing that out. That's an awesome yet very subtle move.
Thank you for pointing that out. Great micro
Here we see a preview of the new protoss coop commander, Neeb.
Aron Estabillo Underated comment
U start with one probe and that’s all u get lol
Special unit would be an enormous single probe that fills the workers
His level 15 passive is known as "The fist of Neeb", where if you max out on supply, and only have one worker, the Probe gains a huge speed boost and your army gets a massive defense and attack increase.
Imagine being an interceptor when your carrier gets recalled and having to fly to the other side of the map by urself
they're robots.. its not a big deal. if it was like a high templar slowly moving.. his shadows dragging behind .. then its a diff story haha
Free at last!
That happened once to my grandfather during the Pacific War
7:25 "Is there a mineral unit made out of stargates?" XD
That one probe with the weight of the neeb armada on his shoulders but still doesn't give any fucks. Well played
This game was absolutely mental xD
shonen84 as person who plays diffrent rts games like age of empires, i would say it is absolutly normal to kill eco population to get more army. Even if rogue had slighty better army comp, extra 30 population space snowballs victory.
neeb having 1 probe is only one of the things that made this map special.
@@piotrj333 its the balls of killing all your probes the mental part, what woudve happened if he lost.
@@piotrj333 Ive watched plenty of AoE professional games/ casual games to say this... AoE is a vastly different game... 2 years later I still come back to watch this highlight.
More important than the largest protoss army ever assembled in pvz, is artosis' use of the word "out-patienceses" at the end.
13:09 that changeling there just giving up entirely
I like the edits in this video. Caught lots of good commentary and turned a super long game into something we can fit into a lunch break.
Adam Garner exactly what I'm going for!
En taro Neeb ! What a game
*Neeb Armada*
Gabriel Simion Neebs Golden Fist
ameeba
*Weeb Armada*
tfw a highlight is as long as a game
Well, the game took almost an hour.
Always love the casters' banter. Lowko and Artosis are awesome and so is Tasteless. That Monopoly reference is too funny
"the fist of neeb" LOL
At that time: The greatest Protoss force ever assembled in the history of Protoss.
Now: Every PvZ
I love those long videos. Thanks mate
Pan Kowalski 16 minutes is a long game in Starcraft?💀
Tassadar : Amon has taken control of the Golden Armada! We are outnumbered!
Neeb : Dun worry, brah. I got yu.
That smile on Neeb after the match was the best thing ever. Also Artosis' jokes during this cast.
"He has Boardwalk and Park Place right now, but Rogue, if you got hotels on Baltic Ave, you've still got a fighting chance"
"You're such a nerd I love it"
LMAOOOOO Love these casters!
12:34 199 army supply
The baneling drops on those probes were so effective that eventualy Neeb just stopped making them
Rogue's small pondering head tilt, so much emotion captured in such a small moment. Player's patience only rivalled by that of the director of photography
What race is Neeb playing it? I don't recognize it from any of my ladder games...
Dalriad terran
Idk I thought there was only Terran and Zerg
hahahahah man what a comment :D
Neebtoss new race detected
Protoss
@13:33 So Rogue got fisted by Neeb?
"Is there a mineral unit that's made up of Staargates?"
7:25
Char?
Ultimately, Neeb out-patience-d Rogue.
I love the only probe which is still doing its work.:D
Rogue: mild look of disappointment:
Caster: and you can SEE Rogue SO UPSET here
dude hes fucking tearing up
love that monopoly reference

Insane game.
And if it was 200 army supply, it would have to be called the Fist and Forearm of Neeb
For what it's worth, l think that if a few infestors spawned infested marines to target fire protoss, Rogue would win
may there be tales of "the fist of neeb" for years to come
Rogue used 60 army supply to deal with 6 high templar. Its not like he can kill those templar before they use the storm anyway. So combine with the drone its a 80 supply diff in real army size, he gonna be legend if he can even hold that.
12:55 You are not prepared for the NEEB ARMADA!!
he needed viper to use paracidic bomb, he wasnt mining, he had no gas, neeb out played him, toss isnt op....
Brandon Pringle facts! Finally someone who understands what happened! Thanks lol
Refreshing to see late game protoss win against zerg.
Two years ago lol
Lmao that last fight was basically just an attack move into enemy army
Rogue should have all in at 11:28, once he killed all the high templar and he had more army supply at the moment.
Should have chase that recall.
How did I never see this gem until now??
Anyone from late 2018 still watching this?
Na b I'm from early 2019
7:27 "Is there a mineral unit that's made up of Stargates?"
Out
thx for making these great videos!
Why are game sounds recorded on the mic next to speakers?
Александр Болбат good question, I think there were some production issues the first day
2:03 - Unless you're AlphaStar with 1000 APM.
Promote Neeb to High Executor
Rogue should've went for a base trade scenario. Protoss army cant split, while skyzerg also has that problem it can easily spam lings by sieging up drones

Navy Natro oraclesssssss
Great edit, thank you
The fist forearm and shoulder of Neeb
7:27 "is there a *mineral* unit that's made out of... *stargates* ?"
as in is there a unit that costs only minerals that is made out of the stargate
Lawren Theroux yeah, I know what he meant. But i just find it funny how he mixed both words around :)
Edit: nvm. Read your comment again and I get what you mean now. Even though that's a correct sentence aswell, I do believe he meant to say "Stargate unit that's made out of minerals" and mixed up the words on accident.
It's always fun to watch the full game, it's should be called "final match highlights" ;)
This match is insane
That Last Ultra!
Nice video !
This was a totally sick game. Awesome awesome awesome
Neeb just got a new fan
dat 199 army supply
16:19 earbuds under headphones ?
Headphones for noise cancellation while earbuds is for the actual sounds
How many probes were killed in this game?
I don’t know, but there’s only one survivor.
I actually use that composition when I play against friends, i'm actually noob but they die horribly

excellent handshake lmao
Smart to use revelation when ms got captured
My goodness that play by play screaming is very unlike Artosis
the iron fleet prevails
The Finger of Gid Techneque
The only thing that could have made that game better is if that solo probe started a late game cannon rush.
Channel the light of auir!

anyone else like bro there is another fucking base to the left to mine from
@16:19 this is the feeling all zergs deserve...
Im quite sure that even if I have 300 supply and unlimited resources at my disposal I wont be able to win this battle :D
dat single prob miner is the real hero in this game
16:34 i like it when players shake hands after the game, it’s like saying to each other they had a great game.
I remember match in wcs 2013 firecake vs MaNa . Time is 3
Am I the only one that wants to see a centurion( human and AI collaboration) starcraft league?
And people claim the Void ray is the worse unit in the game. Give me a break.
it's one of the best unit in the game against zerg. Mixed with a few carriers and there are absolutely no comp that can counter it.

So many broods against skytoss
cool video, but the quality of the resolution is quite bad :(
Sadly I have to rely on the twitch quality - I hope next year it will be 1080p!
is one of the commentators Tod from warcraft3?
I got 199 army and a worker ain't 1 !
Pros are just pros amiright
This was so obvious... I mean rogue had like 50 supply in units that deal with ground when neeb had 99% air army
So what you're saying is Rogue had the upper hand and quit for no reason
The fist of neeb indeed
1 probe to supply the 199 army
MVP Of the Game : Neeb's Probe
Rogue - he is not korean, not pro gamer, not human... He is SWARM!
Ahh, the good ol days when a game going late wasn;t an automatic win for Zerg
Neeb, the true Hierarch.
Finger of God < THE FIST OF NEEB lol
