Being a bodybuilder, i can relate his pain,Lower back ki injury especially slip disc or herniation ek sportsman ke liye kisi heartbreak se kam nhi bcz ye bhoot dard v krta hai or jaldi se thik v nhi hota or to or har ek movement me lower back ki involvement hoti hi hoti hai
yes i can also relate.. being a badminton player... i also injured my back.. since then i hav never been tha same...

Age fraud is so common in India, and more specially in sports. People need to grow up, parents are solely responsible for this. They are so resistive that even a truthful child can't go against them.

Right, and the main reason is govt job mentality of parents, they think if we do age fraud of 2-3 years they our child can get 2-3 years of relaxation in age bound jobs.
