    @10:00 I think the argument that culture is not well-specified, and therefore doesn't deserve consideration, is poor. Kukathas does the same thing, asking what "American culture" is. Just because it's not easily specified doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Could you easily sum up what Japanese culture is? Yet who would deny that there is a distinct Japanese culture?
