As long as you have fitted the film correctly to the take up spool and shut the film door, it's simply a case of looking through the small transparent red window as you turn wind the film on. After all the strange patterns pass by the window, you should end up with a number 1 looking at you through the window. Stop there. Take your shot, and then wind on until you see 2. Repeat process. hope that helps
I have used this camera, bought by my father. It has a red eyepiece- hole at the rear. The spool is turned until the reading is a number (1,2,...12) seen in the eyepiece hole and then we can have a shot/click. I have to say I managed to have all the 12 allowed snaps quite succesfully.
Quick question, after you have clicked the shutter and taken a picture, how do you know how many turns to do so the next frame is lined up?
