Homemade Peanut Butter - Creamy, Delicious, no Sugar or Additives - Steph’s Stove

Homemade Peanut Butter
* 3 cups roasted peanuts with sea salt (16 oz container)
Add the peanuts to your Vitamix. If using unsalted peanuts add 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon salt to the peanuts.
Blend on high, using your tamper to push the peanuts down while blending, until a smooth consistency is reached. This should take 2-3 minutes.
The peanut will quickly go from whole peanuts, to ground pieces to creamy peanut butter quickly.
Remove peanut butter from mixer and store in a clean sealed jar or container in the refrigerator.
