Cody the Quarter Horse

Cody is a handy broke trail machine!! He is a 10 year old 15 hand bay quarter horse gelding. He is well educated and came to us from a working cow operation in Oklahoma. We have used him as a trail horses for riders both young and old and he has countless miles on the trails. Cody has a true one hand neckrein and also rides using seat and leg aids as well as neck reining. He can go all day on the trails without tiring.
He has been used to cruise, push, and rope cattle. He is traffic safe and doesn't mind farm equipment, speeding cars, bicycles, ATVs etc. He is used to dogs and deer jumping from out of the brush. Ride him through the brush, down the trail, or on the paved roads he will go anywhere. We even rode him to Dollar General! He will cross bridges. He is good with tarps, bicycles, we have even shot guns around her! He rides out well alone or in a group. We have even enjoyed using him for night riding under the stars!
Cody is excellent for the farrier, and is easy to load in a trailer. He will stand ground tied and also is excellent about standing tied. He stalls and travels well. He gets along well with all other horses and currently lives out on pasture. He is up to date on vaccines, coggins, hoof trims, dental. Located in Monetta SC. www.holbrookhomestead.com
