We will be able to sell our house we live in now when his parents who are in their 90s pass away or can no longer live alone and must live out their years with us. We will be able to invest the money from our current house as right now we are struggling to make ends meet. But my spouse's mother is trying to get us to give his only sister everything even though she has been given her inheritance already ahead of time.
