Is it possible on the next update for think or swim that you make the profit or loss on a position either red or green text instead of it being grey? For example if you had a spy put and you were up $300 in profits can you make that text green?

That isn't part of the current programming, but you can make suggestions of any sort via the Support icon in the upper right hand corner of thinkorswim on the same row as your account number. ^CH

On the Charts tab, select the Gear icon, then in the General subtab, select Show Trades on the right hand side. ^BW

@@CharlesSchwab found that and did it thx! two follow ups...1 it says that it is applied to all charts but on my flex grid it is only on top chart...it will always display just on the one? and ...2 I chose show underlying positions: as well but not seeing them, will it take some time? Thanks for the reply!

Why is total position value not standard? How do I add it?

It’d be fantastic if profit/loss were displayed on the chart as the candles moved.

What is Trade Price, the average price paid? Today's price? What is Mark??? Mrk Change from what? P/L from what open? The average position open or since the market open? I think Schwab needs to consider people switching from SSEdge and the difference in terminology.

Thank you for your feedback. We created a class for individuals just like you who would like assistance lining up StreetSmartEdge with thinkorswim. We teach a class each Thursday at 5:00 pm ET on our Trader Talk channel where we have a StreetSmartEdge representative and thinkorswim representative demonstrate how to do just what you are asking, and if you join live, you can ask questions as well. When I'm viewing my charts in the charts tab, there used to be a section at the bottom that had my open positions displayed just like this. It has since disappeared. Now, all that is left when I click that arrow are Order Entry and Saved Orders and Order Book. Positions has disappeared. How can I put that back? It's getting annoying leaving my chart to see my positions. Thanks!

Brandon. I don't see any functionality that allows you to see your position and the chart at the same time. You can see the risk profile graph and positions together, but that's different than the stock chart. If using thinkBack, you can see a position and a chart. Perhaps that is what you are thinking about. ^CH
