So far this case is very weak. So far cohen is the most guilty person of this crime. Which we already know what he is going to say. So far there is nothing directly indicating Trump broke the law or had any intent of breaking the law. Cohen will crumble when he is asked who was giving Trump legal advice? It does not look good if cohen is the one opening accounts and starting LLC's and giving the legal advice and all Trump did was sign some checks and say i dont want bad stories printed. Without having Trump directly involved this case is super weak.

There are several meanings to the word "fair". "Fair" can mean just. I am not sure that's what Ms. Graff meant. There is a four-point grading system where 4=excellent: 3=good or average: 2= "fair" or adequate; and 1=fail.
