You are the only person who I have see so far not wasting the foil paper cos some people are using one whole foil roll to wrap one fish , I’m like why though cos it’s not necessary at all as long as you can seal it you don’t need to waste foil

Ok thank you for joining us here . Since I am grilling the fish and I need the skin still smooth, I used lots of salt to wash with a room temperature water (tap water)

It’s not a must but it makes the fish come out perfectly and tasty . Good vegetable oil is adviced
My main challenge as always been temperature. There's no degrees written etc on my oven . It's just high , low Lower lowest. (Like the food cooker) .

I used both sides so the fish could be ready from both sides

Not twice precisely , you just need to coat with more sauce
