heyy man, I had loved your honest opinion of a DC fan on Justice League movie essay. I take it as you are a DC or Batman fan like me. Its been 5 days since The Batman released. I liked it. Its perfect. Just the Batman movie we deserve and we needed. I'm waiting for your video essay on that. I hope this comment reaches you.
This show is a masterpiece and every show should aspire to be like daredevil in certain aspects. Also the performances of actors such as Charlie Cox were award worthy
Yeah I wish the other MCU shows had the writing and care that Daredevil has. I was really expecting Hawkeye to be something special because there were rumors that Kingpin was in it (which proved to be true) but no it was just forgettable fluff with a comedic finale. I don't think they turned Kingpin into a joke but the way he got taken down was by getting hit by a car and he was kinda dumb in that finale unlike in Dardevil where he was showed to be a smart character
As a Christian (not even a Catholic), I am absolutely floored by how great Matt's character in season 3 was and how realistic his faith struggle was. Not even "christian-based" media can get the same nuance. There always has to be a God-figure or God always has to show up in the form of Morgan Freeman or something. But that's the thing about faith in this world, you literally can't see it, and how Matt retains his faith regardless of all the shit he's been through because fundamentally, he indeed does have faith, is so awe-inspiring and actually helped me with my personal faith a ton as well.
Peak superhero writing that even rivals SPM2 imo. I love how he Matt was able to dictate his fate through everything he learned from the previous seasons and the struggles he deals in s3. He lost faith in god but the show always gave a sense that he hasn't truly given up on god but was looking for a reason to continue to do what he does or exactly to be what he is.
It's honestly one of the best portrayals of a Christian character in media. I'm also protestant but I related to Matt so much. I absolutely love this show. It's respectful, authentic, and dives deep into the topics of religion, faith, and Christianity.
I’m gonna be honest, I do not want a watered down Daredevil revival on Disney+. I don’t care if they have him rock the iconic yellow and red suit, nobody wants “family friendly” Matt after the perfect adaptation we got.. Bring back the creatives and cast involved and continue the series. You could show Matt blip where he heard all the heartbeats fade before fading himself, and return to see Wilson return to power. Whatever the case, I want the same show full of heart, brutality, and the level of maturity we’ve come to know and love.
I'm really conflicted about Daredevil coming to the MCU officially. On one hand, Charlie Cox was absolutely born to play Matt Murdock and he is the only Daredevil I think I could accept. On the other hand, I just can't imagine Disney won't screw him up.
@@maxhydekyle2425 only way for Disney to do him and other characters justice is by either putting it on Hulu with the TV-MA rating, or getting their heads out of their asses with the whole “family friendly only” content and had a mature section to Disney+
@@hgapoc No Daredevil, Punisher and all other Marvel Netflix shows are made by Marvel TV and 3 other companies under Netflix. All these new MCU shows Wandavision, Hawkeye and all are made only by Marvel Studios under Disney. Marvel TV was shut down in 2019 and became a part of Marvel Studios Marvel TV and Marvel Studios were different things till Dec 10 2019
Chris Cox is literally the perfect actor to play him. His mannerisms, his personality, and his whole character are so spot-on to the Daredevil of the comic books.
The toughest decision isn't whether daredevil is the best superhero series ever. That's already in the bag. The toughest decision is choosing the best between season 1 and 3😩😵
Season 3 really was something else. *spoilers* When it got to the point where Fisk was in complete control of everything, every second from that point on I felt on edge. You never knew just who was working for Fisk and could kill a main character. I’ve never felt something like that from a tv show before
When they needed ray to testify, I was honestly on the edge of my seat that something bad was gonna happen to him. At least he died knowing everything will work out in the end
@@Browntable kinda thought it came out of nowhere and was essentially the way these marvel Netflix series drag out for another episode to have full 13 episodes but ppl keep saying this season is masterpiece level so I guess it’s just how the massive greatness weighs out the smaller nitpicks
> You never knew just who was working for Fisk and could kill a main character. If you haven't already, I'd highly recommend Jessica Jones. While imo it's not quite as good as DD, it's still very good and my god does it evoke what you said above. Every scene you're looking for anybody who could be a threat. Every corner Jessica turns you're pissing yourself. That show does tension very well.
I watched Daredevil solely to understand Kingpin's character before watching Hawkeye, and also to understand Daredevil himself since NWH brought him into the MCU. It was definitely worth both of those reasons.
The thing about the story of Job is that God wasn't punishing Job, he was allowing calamity to prove Satan wrong. But in the process, Job started to misunderstand his calamity. Eventually God confronts Job and asks him questions only God knows the answer to, to show Job how powerful He is, and to trust Him. In the end, God doubles what Job had lost previously, making him richer and gets an even bigger family. Daredevil Season 3 echoes Job's story with Matt being nihilistic around the same period Job did. It's a beautiful allegory for restoring faith, and I haven't seen anything else replicate something like this so well. I love when comic book movies implement biblical elements and I hope season 4 expands on it
i play the "you dont get to destroy who i am" in my head often when im at a tough spot cause of people in life. That shit stayed with me for years and i hope it continues to. Inspirational is an understatement regarding that scene
“I’m not seeking penance for what I’ve done, father. I’m asking forgiveness for what I’m about to do.” Can’t drop a bar like that in the first five minutes of the entire series and expect me not to fall in love with it. Daredevil has spoiled me completely. Whenever I try to watch any other superhero media and I’m taking in the writing, the characters/their interpersonal relationships and the cinematography I just kinda sigh and think to myself... it’s not Daredevil.
I can't watch any either! Used to think Arrow and Flash were decent then Daredevil came out and changed the whole game. Only thing that looks promising is Moon Knight but Marvel.....
I definitely get that. I would just recommend going into other super hero media with the mindset that its probably trying to do something different. Not every story needs to be the same, and different stories can be good in completely different ways. If every MCU movie for the next 10 years has the same tone and style as Daredevil, I bet people would get bored of that the same way we're bored of Joss Whedon's style.
He has many fans in India you wouldn't believe, I heard the rumours and went to the theatres thinking if Cox appears no one would even know who is he or why is this strange dude(me) clapping or cheering all of a sudden, but to my surprise everyone in the theatre started clapping and cheering as soon as they saw his cane, I was shocked and was in awe as Daredevil is my favourite superhero.
My theatre didn’t cheer. They gasped which is how I reacted as well. I hadn’t seen daredevil but knew of the show which is why I watched it very soon after his cameo. I can say I loved every minute of the show.
This show is by far the greatest marvel show I have ever seen. The acting, the fight scenes, the music and even the costumes are all top notch. Daredevil is marvel at its best
This show means more to me than I could possibly put into words. It sounds rediculous, but it honest to god made me a better person. I took so many morals from this show and I continue to rewatch it and take new lessons from it to this day.
Working on finishing Season 3. This show has been a blast Edit: I just finished the show less than 30 minutes ago. I am reeling from the finale. I was enthralled throughout the entire third season. I knew who would survive, but it didn't take away from what I as an audience member lost. The fact that we the audience have to live with each death just as Matt does truly makes this real to us because he is in danger of losing everything as much as anyone else in this show. I almost lost my chance of seeing it on Netflix, but I finished it just in the nick of time. But, I guess that just is befitting of the character. I've struggled with loss recently. My grandpa was an ardent Catholic, and we had his funeral in January. I'm not sure if I would consider myself to be Catholic, but I want to take the best lessons to heart. Matt Murdock is a true Catholic hero if I'm even qualified to call him that. He's flawed, he's stubborn, he's angry, he's vengeful, he's kind, he's forgiving, he's unshakable and determined, and he is the Man Without Fear.

In my opinion, this show is the pinnacle of live action superhero shows. Its story and writing are so mind blowing it shows off justice being served brutally, portrays how important friendships are in one’s life, how you can be torn apart if you try to take on battles on different fronts at the same time, how the people and the city can turn on you just by one of your mistakes disregarding your million good deeds, how crime can be fought by anyone just like matt, he was an ordinary person who was vulnerable physically and mentally and the show vividly portray his vulnerabilities. In short, its epic and a must watch, ive watched it like 10 times by now soo that says something…..
There is nothing I want MORE than the Netflix shows to be fully canonized. Like many I'm scared that they'll water down the shows but I don't necessarily care too much about them toning down the violence I just don't want them to shy away from heavy subject matter.
You and Hitop films have made the most high quality breakdowns to-the-bone of this amazing show. Im thankfull you guys even exist and decide to make this kind of content. Thank so much for it.
IMO, what made Daredevil great was that when it challenged the heroes, it went all out on it. It isn’t afraid to put its character through the wringer and it makes the audience go through it with him. People always talk about how they want shit that makes them feel good but the stuff that really sticks with you is the stuff that hurts. You go through it, you experience catharsis and THEN you feel good. And that makes it so much more satisfying in the end, so much more meaningful. I wish more superhero media (and hell, more stories in general) were willing to do that.
Its crazy DD was always my favorite... even when i was a kid in the 80s frank millers run was like my first experience reading a comic for adults. Now i just got confirmed in the catholic church and rewatching the show for the first time as a catholic and man do i appreciate how much of his faith they put in the show. Hope Disney keeps it up
Daredevil is one of my favorite shows. Easily the best marvel show, easily the best superhero show, and easily the best marvel content out there for me
I’m so glad this show is starting to be more intertwined with the mainline MCU. So many people skipped out on it since it wasn’t as mainstream but now it’s getting more attention and I couldn’t be happier. It’s such a masterpiece and more people deserve to see it.
I really liked Elektra, she was like his darkness, and they had really good chemistry. Definitely my favorite love interest and one of my favorite characters.
A good chunk of the dumb things Matt does in season 2 can be attributed to Electra bringing out Matt's rage and inner darkness. And loosing her a second time convinced Matt to imbrace that rage and darkness.
People need to remember how amazing daredevil was In season 3 how they use Pointdexter and matt to work what makes a daredevil and by having they both wearing the costumes as a metafour THATS CINEMA
I can only hope that the supposed Daredevil revival will honor what the Netflix series created. Daredevil's character sits especially close to my heart having grown up in church. I was so used to heavy handed propaganda and dogmatic bs from money grubbing preachers and televangelists but Daredevil feels real. He wrestles with his faith. He tries to find a balance between what he wants to do and what would corrupt his relationship with god. The show is so freaking good and I don't want it tainted just so Disney can catch another dollar.
I think what was really great about the Daredevil show as a whole as well as just masked vigilantes in general like Batman and Spider-Man is that we always talk about the "alter ego," right? But, one question that I noticed was posed in the background of every story : "Which one IS the alter ego, and which is your true self?" Dick mentions in the animated movie, "Batman: Bad Blood, "that Bruce Wayne is just as much of a mask as Batman is. The same could be said about Daredevil or Spider-Man. Peter doesn't kill out of some sense of self-righteousness; he doesn't kill because that's not who he is. Thing I love about Matt is that he is JUST as much Matt Murdock as he is Daredevil, and sometimes you need to use one more than the other depending on the situation. Matt struggles with it, but I feel like part of his strength is his friends knowing the truth now. He doesn't have to lie to them or manipulate them from behind the scenes to get what he wants, because they know he's doing it to protect the city. The Avengers clearly aren't worried about it, and hell, they cause most of the damage done to the smaller areas (or at least, they should be. The Disney mcu writing is so meh). This is why he would of been a perfect mentor for Peter as Spider-Man. The two of them share very similar pain as far as losing their father figures, both biological and adoptive. And they care about the little guy.
Currently on a rewatch of the series and man the casting in this show was phenomenal. Charlie Cox as MM/DD is one of the best castings we have ever seen.
Binging this masterpiece one more time before Netflix gets rid of it for good. Daredevil really showed me what good TV could be early on and I could not be more grateful
I've been a Daredevil fan since early 2000's, during the time Bendis was writing it. Never have I found a more appealing, tragic, complex, gritty (when it comes to it) super hero material. By far one of the best (if not THE best) Marvel's character.
This show and the Daredevil comics are the best. Perfect and they really encapsulate the effect of being a vigilante would have on someone. Just great and makes him my second favorite superhero right behind Moon Knight
Daredevil became my favourite superhero after this show and became one of the most profound pieces of media I’ve consumed in my life thank you for this video and your hard work 👍
You really nailed what was so compelling about Daredevil. It was the most human superhero story to come out of Marvel or really any studio in a long time. He was vulnerable, not "Oh no there's kryptonite I lose my powers" vulnerable, but actually physically and emotionally vulnerable. The doubt, the loss of faith, the loss of self and the reclamation of it was a powerful story, and they took time telling it. I was really bummed when it was cancelled because of the Disney acquisition, but it's hard to argue with the 3 seasons being damn near a perfect story telling arc. Of course I want more Daredevil, and I hope the MCU uses him for more than just the fan service "Look he talked to spiderman!" but like you said, I'm nervous he'd just be some quippy blind flippy guy to go along with spiderman. To be fair, I think they treated Tony Stark well, especially his relationship with Peter and his own family, so I think the MCU has shown they *could* do a good job, we'll see though. Here's to hoping!
I am so incredibly excited for Daredevil: Born again. I don't know why they're calling it that given the "Born Again" storyline was done in season 3. I was concerned with a Disney Daredevil, even more so when it was confirmed that it would be a soft reboot. But after the creative overhaul, the series changing from a reboot to a proper continuation, seeing the trailer, and seeing how good the Echo series was. I'm just excited.
While I lost my shit seeing Matt in spiderman, I'm nervous about his return. This is my favorite show of all time and Matt Murdock is easily my favorite marvel character. I think seasons 1 and 3 are genuinely perfect, I don't know if any show could give me the emotions I felt watching the s3 finale. Matt's struggle with faith and general moral challenges affected me in a way no other form of media has. And as sad as I was when they cancelled the show, I felt a bit of relief as well. I'm sure the writers and directors would've delivered a fantastic s4 and 5 (I think they said they planned to do 5 seasons total), but s3 was truly a perfect ending. Matt was finally back with his friends and could have a normal day life, Fisk was taken care of permanently without the need for killing, he regained a sense of faith and hope. Sure Dex was set up as the future threat but it seemed like there was no more personal growth for Matt to achieve. With the original writers I could see them making one more fantastic season maybe, but not so much with Disney. In my opinion Marvel has declined as a franchise over the past few years. They've made some good movies, but the way they treat the characters is not nuanced enough for Daredevil. I have little faith they could make a show half as good as Daredevil with how they write heroes. And again, these characters' stories were already complete.
Daredevil is the best thing to ever come out of the MCU imo. Now that the MCU acknowledges Matt and Fisk, all I hope is for them to be the exact characters they were in the Netflix series. The way this show asks moral and religious questions while also tackling tough topics like mental health is absolutely incredible. This show felt so much more human than anything else in the MCU can ever hope to be.
Wow, kid...you're spot on! I was saying the same thing a few weeks ago (my time not when you posted this vid)to old friend of mine. We brew up in the same tenanament building in the South Bronx during they late 70's (a hint to my age), comics books especially Marvel was a way for us to stay outta trouble during those days in those burning streets. Even all these decades later, after marriage, kids, college, etc (y'know, life) we still talk and text from time to time about our old mutual geeky love of Marvel comics and now the MCU. We were talking about DD and both agreed that its possibly the best iteration of a Marvel character ever made live action! This includes a bizarre need for the writers and directors (mostly Cap and Falcon) to reveal their Identies to general population. For Rogers, to be fair, I think it was impossible to do so because he started in the films as a propaganda machine for American soldiers during WW2. Even though, in the comics, it was Bucky who discovered that pvt Rogers was Captain America. However, both my old buddy and I agreed that we (the fans old and young) may never this close again to a near perfect Marvel show/movie. Even with Charlie Cox and Vincent D'onofrio reprising their respective roles in the Echo series and maybe later a new Daredevil show, even Moonknight had "meh" rating (its good not great rating). Great vid btw!
The action sequences are top notch in this show. Each season Early on has a masterfully done fight scene. S1 E2, S2 E4 and S3 E4. Everything about these fight scenes are masterpieces and I could do an entire essay on those scenes alone
Me personally i like daredevil more than batman something about a blind man who you think could'nt fight back but then does by not just being a lawyer but by fight crime really just make him stand out and both sides of his charcter as daredevil and a lawyer are so good in the show i'd a whole as just him as a lawyer or daredevil
this show was the fucking best i was late to watching it but caught up eventually i love how it’s so full of depth, soul, artistry, detail, and especially, struggle i love the way matt gets beaten up by hardships and emotional problems it felt so realistic i feel so inspired with his actions and will power it didn’t matter if i was a catholic or not(im an atheist) but matt’s perspective on everything was immersive he got beat up, shot, thrown, stabbed, and more but matt never stopped i love the dynamic changes in characters and situations with each season i love the detail on how matt uses his powers, i love his senses but is must be so hard for him to get hurt when he has superhuman sesnes of touch matt is not all perfect, sometimes he is very unstable, emotional, but in the end he’ll always do the right thing. also season 3 episode 1 is my favorite episode, that ep felt very personal, struggling with beliefs, physically, mentally, and not knowing what or how to move forward this is a damn long comment but damn i love this show so much
@@lifeisberserk9566 This show is leagues better than Smallville. I don't believe Daredevil and Smallville can be compared. Daredevil blows all the content in the superhero genre out of the water.
@@Mr.Fantastic1961 I can respect that I'm not even mad tbh. But Smallville is my all time favorite show for so many different reasons and Daredevil is easily just as great top 10 for me but I'm fine with you thinking it's better Smallville just touches me like no other show has so many amazing things about it that are underappreciated by many
@@lifeisberserk9566 Sorry, I took so long to reply. I enjoy Smallville a whole lot as well and I think it's pretty good. I do believe that Smallville, especially near the end of its run, suffered from its reliance on the concept it was made around. The show was about the early life of Superman which meant they couldn’t do Superman even when it would make sense to make him Superman. The last seasons felt like a drag and never hit the highs that the earlier seasons did. However, the show gets the character of Superman and more importantly Clark Kent in a way most other projects with the Superman title have never done. The show hits all my marks and expectations for a CW teen drama series and shows greatness in some categories. Daredevil is a true 10/10 show for me. The writing, dialogue, characters, and story are all off the charts with this show. The show also benefits from being so faithful to the works of Frank Miller and Brian Michael Bendis, some of the best DD writers ever. The show one for one feels like a comic while also embracing the melodramatic side of drama and action television. Daredevil shows a level of respect, confidence, and joy for comic books and all they have to offer which, to me, has only been shown in works such as Batman the Animated Series, The Batman, and The Suicide Squad.
@@Mr.Fantastic1961 I agree on both the main reasons Smallville was so great was the first 5 seasons just fonominal and Jonathan, Lex and Lional were easily the best characters and had such great moments

Finished it yesterday after deciding to start it after seeing nwh Best decision ever So sad that Netflix takes this one down but I made it And this was one hell of an experience
Daredevil is peak Marvel. He's easily one of the most underrated comic book heroes and unquestionably one of my personal favorites. It's unbelievable how good this series turned out to be on the whole.
I started watching after his appearance in No Way Home, finished a week ago and I’m so conflicted, I regret not watching it all those years ago but I also feel like the show arrived at the right moment for me to be able to appreciate it, I want to watch it for the first time again and make everyone watch it too. In less than two months I can assure it’s one of my favorite, if not my favorite TV show.
What I absolutely admire about Daredevil, is that it's not only peak comic book adaptation, but it's just peak storytelling in general. I don't think I've watched a series on the edge of my seat quite like season 3 of Daredevil.
theyre making a new series for him apparently, and while i can't wait for more charlie cox as this character, my expectations for kevin fiege to produce anything of quality consistently are currently non existent. you make a great point about being able to come back to this show tho, and i think thatll be what gets me through the dread of waiting fir daredevil: born again
What do you mean "apparently" lol it's confirmed. My expectations for the show are also... "in flux" for lack of a better term, but it being the first (and only?) Disney+ show to have 18 episodes just for season 1 is promising.
Beautiful video again Mauricio my boi! Daredevil is fuckin incredible and it didn’t deserve to get cancelled! Your video beautifully expressed how great this show is! 😄 Keep up the good work!
Amazing video! The show's my favorite CB property & Charlie Cox deserves to be back in the role! It's wild how a show on a pretty obscure (at the time) character turned out so good.
*MASTERPIECE!* 😍 Think that's the word everyone uses to describe this show. My favorite live-action superhero show. My favorite MCU hero. Season 1, 2, and 3 are like the closest trilogy that could compete with The Dark Knight. So happy Charlie Cox is getting the love he deserves (Everyone cheered when he returned in NWH). I'm excited to see where he shows up next...
Couldn’t agree more. I just rewatched the show for the third time (including defenders) before they’re removed from Netflix. I was always a daredevil fan when I was little. DD and spiderman were the two comics I was obsessed with. This may be one of the best adaptations to a comic book character ever to be put on screen. They take so much influence from the source material while also creating this wonderfully unique take on the character. I’ve not been a fan of the MCU - shocker I know - and after no way home I was elated but it dawned on me that I hope daredevil won’t get Disney treatment. I hope the character I fell in love with in the show remains complex and his world remains dark. If all the supporting cast and directors aren’t returning… I don’t want a D+ daredevil show.
I always tell people that this is not just a great superhero show but that it’s just a great show overall! Everything about it is amazing, I love this show so much.
I wanted to watch this after finishing S3 of Daredevil (haven't before). S3 was beautiful! Wow. They did a great job in fleshing out the supporting characters! I hope that Disney will keep the people that made Daredevil great.
Im just happy that this netflix version is completed!!! Im oso happy that charlie cox gets to reprise his role again!!! Im just going in this new daredevil Disney series with an open mind. For better or for worse, charlie cox netflix daredevil series indisputably solidify him as my daredevil!!!
Amazing video! I really hope we get a continuation of this show with the same tone and feel so it feels like a natural continuation of the original first 3 seasons. We NEED Bullseye back desperately!!
I literally finished the show today and im so sad that I can't rewatch it (it's getting removed from Netflix tomorrow) because it's super good a literal masterpiece
this show should get a Grammy, an Oscar, all the palm branches and the Nobel Peace Prize together. I endlessly love Daredevil, Charlie Cox, Joe Quesada, who found him for the role, the whole team that created this masterpiece❤❤❤. Whatever happened in Born again🤞

Legitimate next level writing for real
The show has definitely given me perspective on my struggles with belief.
Totally agree..as fellow christians i respect this show so much for nailing the writing for matt's character in terms of his faith
Dude that is such a damn good idea!

When it got to the point where Fisk was in complete control of everything, every second from that point on I felt on edge. You never knew just who was working for Fisk and could kill a main character. I’ve never felt something like that from a tv show before
When THAT character is revealed to be working for Fisk in front of Nadeem I lost my mind
Fisk, that son of a bitch, did it by the start of the Bulletin fight yet somehow, he did it again by the finale.
When they needed ray to testify, I was honestly on the edge of my seat that something bad was gonna happen to him. At least he died knowing everything will work out in the end

Glad people are starting to watch these amazing shows now that they're being included in the mcu

This show has some of the hardest lines I've ever heard, especially from Fisk, Matt and Wesley
I can't watch any either! Used to think Arrow and Flash were decent then Daredevil came out and changed the whole game. Only thing that looks promising is Moon Knight but Marvel.....
@@mrm9570 how do you feel about Moon Knight now?
Honestly, the Boys & Invincible are the only superhero shows that come close. Arrow s1-2 was also quite good, imo.
The Daredevil trilogy is as great as the TDK trilogy.

My theatre didn’t cheer. They gasped which is how I reacted as well. I hadn’t seen daredevil but knew of the show which is why I watched it very soon after his cameo. I can say I loved every minute of the show.

Working on finishing Season 3. This show has been a blast
Edit: I just finished the show less than 30 minutes ago.

You literally just pointed out what the mcu needs right now and what I loved about this series
Matt: You don't get to destroy who I am!
Disney: Hold my beer...
They haven't _destroyed_ him. _She-Hulk_ wasn't enough for that. _Born Again_ will be the true test.
Daredevil alone beats the entire MCU together
I just finished the show for the first time, to me season 3 is by far the best superhero live action media we have ever seen
People need to remember how amazing daredevil was
In season 3 how they use Pointdexter and matt to work what makes a daredevil and by having they both wearing the costumes as a metafour
THATS CINEMA
Daredevil is like the MCU's The Wire. It did such a good job of developing Fisk's criminal empire and showing how it all worked.
Daredevil remains the greatest thing the mcu ever put out. It's a close second to the dark knight for greatest live action superhero anything.
Smallville.
Daredevil is a series so full that somehow Matt Murdock is only a small part of the whole picture. A truly amazing project
This show is easily my favorite superhero content
By far one of the best (if not THE best) Marvel's character.
this show will always hold a special place in my heart
I can’t even explain how much I love this show and how nothing is even close to as perfect as this show.
This show and the Daredevil comics are the best. Perfect and they really encapsulate the effect of being a vigilante would have on someone. Just great and makes him my second favorite superhero right behind Moon Knight
I’ve been waiting for this video since forever
This show, especially the third season, is my all time favourite.
Finally, another banger video...
Daredevil has my favorite secret identity crisis because he’s a lawyer, just that alone creates such an interesting dynamic.
This is my favorite piece of media ever, so glad Charlie is back in the MCU, and hopefully they get Fisk right next time

This is not only my favorite marvel show, this is my favorite show ever

Me personally i like daredevil more than batman something about a blind man who you think could'nt fight back but then does by not just being a lawyer but by fight crime really just make him stand out and both sides of his charcter as daredevil and a lawyer are so good in the show i'd a whole as just him as a lawyer or daredevil
this show was the fucking best
i was late to watching it but caught up eventually
i love how it’s so full of depth, soul, artistry, detail, and especially, struggle
i love the way matt gets beaten up by hardships and emotional problems
it felt so realistic
i feel so inspired with his actions and will power
it didn’t matter if i was a catholic or not(im an atheist) but matt’s perspective on everything was immersive
he got beat up, shot, thrown, stabbed, and more but matt never stopped
i love the dynamic changes in characters and situations with each season
i love the detail on how matt uses his powers, i love his senses but is must be so hard for him to get hurt when he has superhuman sesnes of touch
matt is not all perfect, sometimes he is very unstable, emotional, but in the end he’ll always do the right thing.
also season 3 episode 1 is my favorite episode, that ep felt very personal, struggling with beliefs, physically, mentally, and not knowing what or how to move forward
this is a damn long comment but damn i love this show so much
The first 4 episodes of season 3 had me so captivated and emotional Bc I saw myself in Matt questioning his faith and what he needs to become

5. 1x02 Cut Man (The first superb one take hallway fight)
4. 1x04 Penny and Dime (Not just an episode, an emotional journey)
3. 3x06 The Devil You Know (A masterclass in tension)
2. 3x13 A New Napkin (This is everything a series finale should be)
1. 3x04 Blindsided (THAT scene! We all know it! We all love it!)
Finished it yesterday after deciding to start it after seeing nwh
Best decision ever
So sad that Netflix takes this one down but I made it
And this was one hell of an experience
Daredevil is peak Marvel. He's easily one of the most underrated comic book heroes and unquestionably one of my personal favorites. It's unbelievable how good this series turned out to be on the whole.
I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best show I've watched
I started watching after his appearance in No Way Home, finished a week ago and I’m so conflicted, I regret not watching it all those years ago but I also feel like the show arrived at the right moment for me to be able to appreciate it, I want to watch it for the first time again and make everyone watch it too. In less than two months I can assure it’s one of my favorite, if not my favorite TV show.
Seeing this after daredevil born again teaser got leaked and lemme say, THANK YOU GOD
Yes! I have been wanting you to make a daredevil video for so long!
Daredevil is my heart , don't know y people didn't know about DD before no way home
Netflix's Daredevil is the best super hero show out there
And Daredevil himself is one of the most interesting heroes marvel ever created
i only started binge watching this recently because i knew it was going off netflix. by god, i am so glad i did
What I absolutely admire about Daredevil, is that it's not only peak comic book adaptation, but it's just peak storytelling in general. I don't think I've watched a series on the edge of my seat quite like season 3 of Daredevil.
Forever my favorite Marvel superhero forever my favorite Marvel tv show
theyre making a new series for him apparently, and while i can't wait for more charlie cox as this character, my expectations for kevin fiege to produce anything of quality consistently are currently non existent. you make a great point about being able to come back to this show tho, and i think thatll be what gets me through the dread of waiting fir daredevil: born again
What do you mean "apparently" lol it's confirmed. My expectations for the show are also... "in flux" for lack of a better term, but it being the first (and only?) Disney+ show to have 18 episodes just for season 1 is promising.
I hope Elodie Yung returns as Elektra. She is honestly one of my favourite characters in both Daredevil and The Defenders tv series.
Season 3 was something else. You were on edge the whole time
Beautiful video again Mauricio my boi!
And then only way to describe Browntable’s videos is that of an authentic video essay experience :)
Daredevil Netflix show is so amazing I love it should’ve had a Season 4! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I can’t wait for Interstellar Ranger Commence! 🔥💥
YES AND THANK UUUU
Yeah, Daredevil is phenomenal
I always tell people that this is not just a great superhero show but that it’s just a great show overall! Everything about it is amazing, I love this show so much.
I wanted to watch this after finishing S3 of Daredevil (haven't before). S3 was beautiful! Wow. They did a great job in fleshing out the supporting characters! I hope that Disney will keep the people that made Daredevil great.
Daredevil is a masterpiece.
Im just happy that this netflix version is completed!!! Im oso happy that charlie cox gets to reprise his role again!!! Im just going in this new daredevil Disney series with an open mind. For better or for worse, charlie cox netflix daredevil series indisputably solidify him as my daredevil!!!
I love this, I finally watched this video and it's great.
I had the opportunity to meet Charlie Cox at a comic con after season 2 and told him Daredevil was the best show on Netflix and he was so happy ❤️
Amazing video! I really hope we get a continuation of this show with the same tone and feel so it feels like a natural continuation of the original first 3 seasons. We NEED Bullseye back desperately!!
Not only the greatest Marvel project, but the greatest comic book adaptation ever made!!
I literally finished the show today and im so sad that I can't rewatch it (it's getting removed from Netflix tomorrow) because it's super good a literal masterpiece
The show is just some of the best TV regardless of genre
this show should get a Grammy, an Oscar, all the palm branches and the Nobel Peace Prize together. I endlessly love Daredevil, Charlie Cox, Joe Quesada, who found him for the role, the whole team that created this masterpiece❤❤❤. Whatever happened in Born again🤞
