Welcome back for another Pokemon Card Opening. Today, we're looking at the greatly anticipated Obsidian Flames set that dropped in Japan today!
For those of you that may not know, this set is actually called "Ruler of the Black Flame" if you translate the Japanese title to English, but it will be releasing in the West as Obsidian Flames.
This is the first set to show Terestallized pokemon with a different type to usual, and some of these cards are AMAZING!
And to top it all off, I pulled my chase card! I still cannot believe it!

Kinda silly question but is there no reverse holos in this set?
Hey, not a silly question at all. There are no reverse holos in the Japanese set. There might be in the English release, but I can confirm there are none in this one.

i bought some online, do they guarantee you a holo in every pack? bc i open a few packs that didnt come with any holo
I'm not 100% sure if it's a holo in every pack, but it's at least a guarantee of 1 SR card, 3 AR cards, and 4 EX cards.
That either means I bought some pack off Mercari, combine with 151. I didn’t pull one holo. Starting to think it was open and resealed. 😢

@@bobsjapanofficial I also pulled a poppy card, but it was just the regular secret rare full art version. Still pretty happy with the pull. I also pulled the scizor, pidgey and pigeotto ar along with the charizard regular tera ex card which I really wanted.
