It facilitates horizontal and vertical integration, enabling communication of relevant data across the factory and up to the IT enterprise level.

Part 1 focuses on system representation, managing recipes, configurations, and results, while Part 2 addresses asset management and condition monitoring, detailing the identification, maintenance, and health of system sub-components.
