How much money did you spend on furniture? Just approximately) I'm going to plan my budget) Thank you!
We spent less than 1500 CAD in total but not in one go, took our time and got the furnitures over time with most important ones first.

I think it's a little bit expensive since laundry is not included and for just 1bedroom , I thought in Calgary it would be cheaper than in Ontario. Anyways thanks a lot for sharing . You both are the sunshine 🌞 of this apartment. ❤️
Maji b cheaper house with 700-900 can be found in other parts of the city but since we don’t have a car, we preferred to stay in an area easily accessible to everything without the need to have a car 🙂 Thanks so much for watching!
@@allaboutfawzia Is it a good idea to buy an affordable car and move outside the city to save rents? I heard car is a must in Canada specially in winters.
Ataur Rahman if you have a car, you can live anywhere but surviving without a car in Canada is definitely possible. This will be our second winter without a car and we are using public transport.

What is best option for SAIT student to rent a room
They can rent a studio apartment by showing the student documents and bank statements.If they want it to be cheaper, they can share the room with someone provided that they find the other person trust worthy.

What is the price of furnished apartments?
its around 1200-1250 CAD atleast for one bedroom apartments
Is it possible to get similar apartment for 600-700 in near by areas?
Ataur Rahman not in the areas we live in, 600 CAD is probably not possible anywhere.

What's the rent?
Please do suggest a good university for MBA in your provinces.
The rent is 1060 CAd currently, I explained it during the end of the video. University of Calgary is great for MBA

2ed question : how have you do to rent your first time your flat without credit result or lettre of good buyer.
I would say closer to downtown would be the best for renting if you don't have a car, it will make things easier to access with less time.
We showed our bank statements which was enough to let us rent an apartment
