    Wheat contains glutenin and gliadin, these are two types of protein. These two remain separate in dry wheat flour, but when mixed with water they combine to form "Gluten". Gluten makes the dough elastic and strechy. Without water, gluten is not formed. The more the dough is mixed, the more gluten is developed. This causes the dough to become elastic and stretchy, as you can see in this video.

      Uske liye apko matke ko tel (any edible oil)lagake dhup me matka jab tak tel na soke tab tak rakhana hay ya fir tel laga ke gas pe garam karna tel sokane tak.aysa 10 din kare jabtak matka chamkdar na hojaye tabtak karna hay

    Lambi roti or Randnya is different.
    And mande is different, this is mande video. Making style and taste is different of both and also thickness. Randnya rotya is like paper slim and very delicious with non veg. 😋
