Incredible job Ivan. Second generation American marching band here - McDonalds All American in the 80s who worked with Lindsay Sargent and William Foster. You created such an incredible orchestration, the Counter March was incredible, and the sound recording was off the charts. Thank you for such a contribution to the arts.

I have loved this piece since I first saw the film over 20 years ago; but randomly saw the official HM band video 30 mins ago. I was so moved by the performance I wanted to see how another human responded. I loved your reaction and it resonated the same way for me. We may be different in many ways but this shows we are far more alike inside despite how we look, sound etc. Have also subbed as I really enjoyed your honesty and openness🙏🏻🤍

I have been honoured to be around The Royal Marines for 40 years. These musicians are the best in the world. They play multiple instruments. I love them and a special nod to The Royal Marines Commandoes who mop up the worlds hot spots. Better than the sound track in the movie.
Totally awesome! Hans Zimmer composes music for movies & he composed this song for the movie Gladiator. He's a great composer! Excellent movie! I'm not familiar with the Royal Marines, but their performance of this song was amazing! It would be cool to see some more movie soundtracks in the Playhouse! Someone like the composer John Williams. He's composed many of Hollywood's greatest movie soundtracks!
They have played with the Top Secret Drum Corps ( from Switzerland ) , at the Royal Albert Hall and Beating the Retreat from Horse Guards going down the Mall 2024 . There is another video from 2017 were they play with the USMC and RDMC Corps going from " The Horse Guards to the Mall " ( the two guest corp have the white trousers )

Youy should research "The Mountbatten Festival of Music" held each year around March-time in the Royal Albert Hall. They are probably not suitable for your channel as each show runs over 3 hours, but it's wonderful music.

I want you to sit back and think about something, and i think yur getting it, through your british history journey America, best army in the world, russia best army in the world. are they, NO, the greatest army man for man women for women is the british army look at the might of russia, against ukraine, man for man ukraine soldiers better than russia, They are fighting and holding back russia, and btotain did against many invaders, most common would be the 2 great wars, because, every thing is for a reason, the uniforms, tradition, breeds perfection
Not sure about the meaning about helping the USA , in the WWII they stayed Neutural when Britain was being bombed by the Germans it was only a few dedicated believers in Freedom including President Roosevelt who supported the UK President Kennedys father was openly pro Nazi.
