I'd like to add that I DID NOT realize that Rexes combatweight was reduced by 500 when this was recorded, I was very confused as to how I won though and am now aware that I do not pay enough attention to the patch notes😂
I use to get alot preupdate as a speed sub because you could out maneuver them. Had to switch to def sub now. It's the only viable spoon sub. One thing I would say is that claws and bite do not share the same timer. Your bite has 1 sec cool down. However, once the animation finishes you can hit the claws. So every half second you can get off an attack. When you were waiting on your bite you should add a claw attack to the rex tail and stack some bleed. This will help you out DPS the charge bite of the spino. Good fight!
Bro the normal bite does less damage than the claw attack now. The normal bite attack on spino used to do 70 dmg, now it makes 50. The claw attack does 65 dmg with 0.5 bleed and the crushing bites is still the same at 170 dmg.
Yeah with a DD Spino like mine the normal bite is still the way. Good DPS, and the charged is too easy to predict. BUT for a speed/water spino build the charge bite is a MUST !
I agree man, a lot of it is unfair! Like Eotrikes tail attack getting removed...it creates a balancing nightmare...do I increase its turn radius so it can defend its rear? Oh no that makes it impossible for dinos to safely attack it now...nightmare!

Aside from tail attack, I noticed that you primarily use bite instead of claw attack (bleed). Is there a reason why? I’m new and am learning to fight with a DD spino myself. Thanks!
I'm not a very experienced spino player so I wasn't exactly in my comfort zone here, but the bite from spino has a lot of range, I can get in deal damage and get out a lot safer. Using claws would have require me to get closer more often increasing my risk of taking damage!

Rexes got hit pretty bad, they removed thick scales and health got nerfed from 1000 to 800. But still, great W against 2 of em

Just use a controller. I played mobile since day one of launch and haven’t had any problems. I was very glad to get the PlayStation version tho.
I do this on mobile. My two thumbs alone have killed more rexs then two hands on a controller 😂 my server hates me for it

Straight bite used to do the most damage but now I think claws and charged bite are better

Just normal bite and claws! I'm not a big fan of charge attacks so I usually stick with the simple quick attacks.
