Hello sir, i have followed your react js video playlist i have one ques do i need to create new app every time i start a new project ??. In your react playlist you just delete the index.js file and write your code the you had not create new project so this is the confusion please resolve
Yes for every new project you need :
(Npx create-react-app prjectName)
You can also copy whole previous project and change src folder files and use again and again. 2nd way
you can use babel too ...using babel cdn you dont have to create react app everytime apart from big projects

after fetching api with useEffect when i reload the page on the browser. there is an error like,
the initial state of the post is [ ] (a blank array).
useEffect is call after the render. so the setPost can change the state later.
and map function on a blank array is not possible.

No,You don't install you just use asyanc it is a asynchronous javascript and axios is a library so , without install axios you can't use

useeffect is for to do something from your component in a render website when ur website then useeffect working if directly call any function they will not change after render website
