Alex Meixner is one of the most dynamic accordionists on the scene today. Meixner has performed around the world, notably at American festivals like The National Folk Festival and Central Park SummerStage, as well as at uncountable community celebrations and accordion-centric events. He has worked with Jack Black on the Sundance-screened, Netflix movie "The Polka King", with Post Modern Jukebox, and as an on-screen spokesperson for Hormel Pepperoni.

We love Alex! Hoping to see you in Milwaukee early August. My favorite line of all time..."Hey hey, everybody...listen to me......If you drink, you're going to die! But if you don't drink...:-) Such a great entertainer. I picked up a shirt and a great pic with Alex at Wurstfest in New Braunsfeld a few years ago.

I have an excelsola looks identical made in New York same polka Reed layout sounds similar too. I also have another excelsior (not excelsiola) maybe same age as yours that's torn apart to get the smell out of it l. It needs work but sound is amazing. It's been airing out for 2 years at a friends house. I need to figure out where I placed the reed blocks now that I think about it. I just love the action on these boxes
