Ngl, having a bell instead of getting out of prison was the best thing to wish.
Because the god could have teleported them into a lava pool or another prison and they would end up just back where they were. Omniscient beings usually don't want to mess with the universe too much so they can always just trick some stupid ape brains. Techno getting something simple meant that he and the god both won while dream gets to dive into the toilet.
