Oh. This made Daejeon look like it has a lot of history now... I’ve always felt like it was a sleepy city that was somehow left tucked away though I’m not a good judge since I’ve never been too much further away from the main station area & arboretum area previously. The crowd just seemed thinner than other bustling touristy areas I’ve been to in South Korea (like Seoul, Busan or Jeju) to me so far. I really love the bread options at SSD though. Super amazed by everything I tried there. It’s an unforgettable bakery indeed. There are reasons that it’s so famous & such a long-lasting brand, don’t you think?
