As a Romanian, I really appreciate making Matron speak Romanian. If she was born in the XIIth century, that would have been when Romania, alongside Bulgaria, was part of the Byzantine Empire, I would have asked a lot about the political structure of that time, there a lot we do not know about Romania and Bulgaria of that century, on a low level. Perhaps a video on Matron sharing memories on old times Romanian history? Perhaps expressing the wish to return and enter politics? Perhaps she would be the stateswoman this country needs to get clean...

Our dog Miko is also from Romania so you might say I have a soft spot for your country! I’ve always seen matron as a Charlotte Rampling type from Red Sparrow (where I got her name from) - training Blood Hunters in the arts of mystery and seduction. A back story could certainly be on the cards! You’d have to help me with more Romanian words 🙈

As someone with Romanian roots, I must say that your pronunciation with the lady in black, at the greeting and farewell, was very good, bravo. All the best from the heart of Europe and have lovely people around you. P.S. I can only agree with the lady in black that if you have the opportunity you should visit the "old country". At least if you like it quiet and breathtaking landscapes and hiking.

Languages can be taught at any age I think, the main thing have get pleasure from this process and to be motivated. I'm trying to master English, I don't learn it, I try to get to used to the language, because I need it just to speak and to watch such wonderful videos on UA-cam in English like yours, I'm not going to pass some exams in the nearest future. I have friends from English-speaking countries who learn Russian, as I'm a native Russian speaker I try to help them with it and I feel that Russian is difficult, but this language is very flexible and emotional, we have such diminutives, affectionate endings for example: Солнце - the sun, солнышко - little sun, we can tell it someone like a complemen. Удачи в изучении Русского языка!

We don't really know who's "in charge" only that there's a class of older nobles.. And to pull off a stunt like this at Victor's party..... are there factions emerging within the CVU?
