Spectr BIM | Creating a Digital twin in VR for Pringles Mechelen

Together with Kellanova, we have created an interactive digital twin of the Pringles production line.
Using our VR technology, teams can now perform various process simulations. Through interactive visualization, production can be optimized without halting operations, resulting in significant time savings and continuous production.
We also connected this visualization to the PLC, bringing the digital twin to life.
This way, Pringles can keep their production line active 24/7, producing an average of 2 million tubes per day.
