kompeten berarti kompetensi > 3 aspek kompetensi (manajerial, sosio kultural, teknis) yg wajib dimiliki & ditingkatkan secara berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi the unknown opportunities and challenges ahead. Possessing excellent hard skill without adequate soft skill in digesting the alarms or findings will not produce the expected outcome. May this big effort in enhancing the capability of auditor will generate the expected result in no time 💪👍
Great exposure pak Dr Iwan dan Dr Adi..competence is a mandatory for auditors to encourage the role of APIP as trusted advisors for the government management regionally and nationally..so the goal of regional/state financial management for the wealthfare of the people and nation could be achieved as well as required by the Act of State Finance No 17/2003 and Act of State Treasury No 1/2004
