Looks like all of those budgies are way too hot. They are panting hard and their wings are away from their body in an attempt to keep cool.

Actually the one you are referring to for panting hard is baby budgie and they pant hard in reaction to me getting too close to them..the wings kind of apart from their body is a sign of alarm 😊..I have already created a shade area for them and an area for them taking bath every day..and plus I had made this video quite earlier when it was not that hot. But yes thanks for your concern 😊
