  • Yasir’s mom translates perfectly why Destiny is angry.
True description of emotions when parents break up and still need to coparent.
(This is from a series show called "Love Is__" It was only only one season. I am not sure if it is still available to watch. Shame that it was cancelled. www.imdb.com/title/tt7395944/... )

Ppl can’t tell love from lust. Dudes check out girls who are physically the status quo and would overlook her superficial ways, conceitedness, her sense of entitlement, her spoiled behaviour all just to be with her body. But all that energy wears one out and off over a short time.

Loretta Devine is one of my favorite actresses. She nailed this monologue! No one could have done that scene like her. Great writing teamed with a true performer makes for high-quality cinema. Loretta should have won an Emmy a long time ago. This was a sample of her many unrecognized award-winning performances. When will writers, directors, and performers of color be recognized for the incomparable work they do?

During the summer I care for my granddaughter free of charge. That way it makes easier her mom to get ahead in life. I don't make excuses for my son and the choices he makes. But I will help with whatever I can. We have a great relationship! And on the other end, I am my son's support as he fights to stay clean!

It's not just mothers though my mom left my dad with 4 children and he treated us so well and then when I was 14 she waltzed her ass into our lives after disappearing and asked my father to do paternity tests and he found out non of us were his but he still treated us no different but my "mother" had the nerve to try to break up our family to get us to know our biological fathers .....this should be called a parents job is never done not the donor

I hate the controversy behind the creators of the show cause this show could’ve had multiple really good seasons
