I still drink Boones Farm lol. Snow Creek Berry and Mountain Berry are my favorites. They aren't $2.99 anymore lol. The last time I bought a Bottle they were $7.99. But still worth it.
The sickest I’ve ever been was from 3 bottles of boones farm, a bottle of mad dog 20/20 and a few zimasI was 16 yrs old and drank all of that in about 30 minutes. I had no ability to pace myself while drinking 😂🤣😂
@@SuperFlowback for some reason Boone's Farm messes me up after 2 bottles but I can take shot after shot of Jack Daniels and I'm good to go. I'm 37, 4'10", 125lbs and my hubby is 6'2" 265lbs and I can keep up with him taking shots. But two bottles of Boone's Farm have me done lol
1997 is the year I discovered this song and had an appreciation for country. I worked in an O-R at a hospital in a Little Rock Suburb. I was the only person of color (the workers were cool, no issues) they all liked country music. The radio in our department would only pick up one radio station....and they played that song at least 2 to 3 times in an 8 hour shift. If you can't beat'em, join'em.
She was scheduled to play at our local fair before this album came out, but it was cancelled for weather. The next year after she blowed up she still came back and played... This town had a population of 600.
Love this song, you've got to remember too that back when she would have been 17 that we wrote letters for long distance friends because phone calls were land lines and very expensive unlike today.
Ahhh yes. Haven't heard this song in a long time. Most adults can look back to a specific memory, like the song speaks of. I wish everyone's memory is as pleasant as this. Fortunately, mine is. Great tune. Great memories stirred up. Loved the reaction. Peace!
This is hilarious, I’m 29 now but when I was 15 in high school my girlfriend at that time LOVED this song & im not ashamed to admit that I like it too lmao 🤣
When she lost her virginity. She remembers everything about that night. The taste, the feel, the moon in the sky. Not everybody had a great first time, and she even said hers was bitter-sweet. It’s a beautiful song that can’t be done in other ways or genres than the way they did it
Omg this song so brings me back to high school and my first love. I was like 15 and he was 17 going away to college. My best friend and I played this on repeat to fall asleep to. We’re 37/38 now and every time we hear this song we call each other. We don’t live in the same state and rarely see eachother, but this song binds us. We had so much fun that summer with first real boyfriends and sneaking out. Honestly this whole album is what made me love country.
When I was in the service me and my buddies would get a case of Strawberry wine sit in a circle and unscrew a bottle and pass it around until it was empty and grab another one and so on and so on until the whole case was gone whew I sometimes wonder how I have been lucky enough to live this long
Im not a big country fan but there story telling is always rite on .Now that im 50 its funny how u start thinking back instead of always thinking forward ...you should react to. Alan jacksons Song Remember when...and Jamie johnson in color there timeless
Wow, just caught your Pam Tillis reaction, and now this - two of my favourites. Could "Single Girl" by Sandy Posey be next? BJ, if you saw the video there would be no question in your mind about what the song was about.
My wife used to listen to this when it was new and the kids were young. They somehow thought the song was Strawberry World and would ask her to play that so they could cuddle and take a nap on her.
First love. Me and my first did everything in this song. We reconnected 43 yrs later and I sent him this song( but I lost my virginity to meatloafs paradise by the dashboard light) lol
Yup. 4 pack of Boones Farm Strawberry Wine coolers, Dad's Ford, April not July for me, the town reservoir, knowing the cops rotation schedule like clockwork, now add in the 16 year old smokin hot cheerleader mad at her boyfriend for messin around. Ahh, to be 15 again. Yeah, it was rebound/revenge, but I went with it anyway. I still remember you fondly Shannon.
Asia and BJ, you guys are reacting to some awesome music! I would love if you reacted to Patty Loveless, you don’t even know who I am… she’s another country queen from the 1980s and 1990s. I think you’ll enjoy it.
She always sang barefooted and when she won the award for this song Vince Gill presented her with the award that you ran out and jumped up and wrapped her legs and bare feet around in a little risque for the time but people cheering anyhow
Sorry I couldn't do thumbs up because the # was on 665 when I hit it it turned to 666. So I had to remove it, but font worry I will do it after someone else does for sure. Love yall
The moon didn't see everything lol it was a , comma after the hot July moon. ,,,,, saw everything like between their bodies...1st taste of love of love bitter sweet like green on the vine cuz love should be sweet like strawberry wine but her's wasn't ripe hence being bittersweet green..on the vine. I'm really enhanced by my medicine also grown haha so don't mind me
Boones Farm Strawberry Hill and being 17, parking in fields was a whole treasure in tune for a lot of us back in the day.
I still drink Boones Farm lol. Snow Creek Berry and Mountain Berry are my favorites. They aren't $2.99 anymore lol. The last time I bought a Bottle they were $7.99. But still worth it.

Oh yeah, I remember first time 17 with my now husband of 38 yrs.
Her debut album "Did I Shave My Legs For This?" Is awesome! She likes to perform barefoot. And, she is still alive.
I like cletus judd parody, did i shave my back for this 😆
It is a great Album top 40 in my list
A great debut album!.... It's really good!

Asia got that female knowing face all through this song lol! BJ said is it the wine? 😂😂🤣🤣 so funny
This is one of those nostalgic songs that reminds you of your favorite memories.
This song has stuck with So Many People over the years since it came out!!! Loved this song since it came out:)
She was just on the CMA's the other night. The song is 25 years old.
Fucking hell. Did you have to say that???? I feel so old
She was scheduled to play at our local fair before this album came out, but it was cancelled for weather. The next year after she blowed up she still came back and played... This town had a population of 600.

These kids have no clue what a bless free nights and weekends was 😂. Cheers this is a beautiful song

Deanna Carter comes from the legendary Carter Family, the First Family of Country Music which became the in laws of Johnny Cash
Correction I checked out her relationship and she is not related to the famous Carter Family
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Asia said "hey, the moon saw everything. You going to have to ask the moon." 😃
When she lost her virginity. She remembers everything about that night. The taste, the feel, the moon in the sky. Not everybody had a great first time, and she even said hers was bitter-sweet. It’s a beautiful song that can’t be done in other ways or genres than the way they did it
Seems like songwriters were a bit classier then.
Her dad was a very well known guitar picker in Nashville and they were originally from Louisiana
Gorgeous woman and she could sing always been and will be a fan y'all Keep On Keepin On peace out
One of my favs!! Watched her perform this song live my senior year in high school ❤❤❤

Pirates Of The Mississippi: Feed Jake (Video) You've got to watch official video to truly understand the song.
My mom and Deana mom were best friends in High School. Deana and my family Doctor are Cousins Dr Jimmy Coughran from Winnsboro, La. Love ya Deana...
When I was in the service me and my buddies would get a case of Strawberry wine sit in a circle and unscrew a bottle and pass it around until it was empty and grab another one and so on and so on until the whole case was gone whew I sometimes wonder how I have been lucky enough to live this long
Love her reaction, she gets it !
This song was written by her about her first love, Charles Easton from the show Nashville. It's a sweet story.
Deana did NOT write this song. She did make it her own. Wrote, I believe, by Matraka Berg.
Deana Carter was my second Country Music crush......after Barbara Mandrell
She was very nervous for her dad to hear this song🤣🤣
Always takes me back to my first love when I was 17🥰
Im not a big country fan but there story telling is always rite on .Now that im 50 its funny how u start thinking back instead of always thinking forward ...you should react to. Alan jacksons Song Remember when...and Jamie johnson in color there timeless
Is it really him or the loss of my innocence I’ve been missing so much? Love that line
She actually sings "the loss of my innocence" in one section.
Seen her preform twice!
Wow, just caught your Pam Tillis reaction, and now this - two of my favourites. Could "Single Girl" by Sandy Posey be next? BJ, if you saw the video there would be no question in your mind about what the song was about.
people requested so many times but always got out voted in polls. glad you checked it out.
My wife used to listen to this when it was new and the kids were young. They somehow thought the song was Strawberry World and would ask her to play that so they could cuddle and take a nap on her.
That Summer by Garth Brooks same feel.
Great tune.
This and "Did I Shave My Legs for This" were my go to karaoke songs. lol
First love. Me and my first did everything in this song. We reconnected 43 yrs later and I sent him this song( but I lost my virginity to meatloafs paradise by the dashboard light) lol
Great song it's on my play list love it✌️❤️💯
When this song was popular, I was in high school. I remember thinking that 30 was old. HA!
1ST encounter, the moon saw her moon, if you get my drift. We lost her too soon RIP
She's not even dead
Still every country girl's anthem. When it plays at a dance hall, every female no matter the age knows all the words.
Tender memories. It's the anthem of my coming of age.
I always thought of this song as a complimentary song to Bob Seger's "Night Moves" just sung from the female perspective.
He must've thought she really loved that wine 🤣
Asia ..gets it.
Ahhhhhh memories!!!
it's remembered. Men I don't think have the same feelings.. their hormones are raging.. while the girls emotions are raging.
Ahh you keep bringin them💗💗this is sooo sweet
Yup. 4 pack of Boones Farm Strawberry Wine coolers, Dad's Ford, April not July for me, the town reservoir, knowing the cops rotation schedule like clockwork, now add in the 16 year old smokin hot cheerleader mad at her boyfriend for messin around.

Asia you get it, made you remember girl.
This was on my karoke list...back in the day.

Sammy Kershaw didn't go near the water
Deana Carter and Dwight Yokam-----Waiting.

She's singing about her first time.
Its about memories all of the above.
Great song
This just brought me back to a brief time lol 😲
Great Tune
Three cords and the truth, baby.
Still a great song ❣️
Please do " cover me up " Morgan Wallen
Thrusting for knowledge. Says everything. Strawberry wine. I still remember my 1st love
Huge hit!!
Y’all so funny! Enjoyed your reaction, as usual!
Not many things make me legit laugh out loud. Ya'll have me just in tears....ask the moon...I can't.
Actually BJ pronounced her name right, "Dee-anna"
Listen to Chris Jenson Drunk Girl
Deana's "Strawberry Wine" isn't wine at all..Think about it....BTW,,Deana was named by her father for Dean Martin...
Asia... female perspective of the 1st... u got it..
You gotta do “ did I shave my legs for this “ by her lol , so awesome !
She always sang barefooted and when she won the award for this song Vince Gill presented her with the award that you ran out and jumped up and wrapped her legs and bare feet around in a little risque for the time but people cheering anyhow
She looks like she did 25 years ago, how can that be??? 🎶🎵
Strawberry wine is a metaphor, BJ.

It's de-anna
She is talking about her first sexual experience.
I took it as, a summer love where she became a woman 💕
Nope he had it right. De Anna is how you would say it
The moon didn't see everything lol it was a , comma after the hot July moon. ,,,,, saw everything like between their bodies...1st taste of love of love bitter sweet like green on the vine cuz love should be sweet like strawberry wine but her's wasn't ripe hence being bittersweet green..on the vine. She's having flash backs. And he has no clue lmao
I love when people react to good country music and not this rap country or pop country.
It’s a song about statutory rape, and you couldn’t escape it in like 1998.
first romance
Y'all should learn to waltz so y'all can dance to this song.
I always thought it was wine and sex
