    250 g fresh green beans
    1 red pepper
    2-3 cloves of garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    3 tbsp olive oil
    125 ml hot water
    7 tbsp strained yogurt
    Here's how
    Start by washing the fresh green beans and cutting them into julienne strips.
    Slice the red pepper the same way, creating thin and long pieces.
    In a deep pan, heat about 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
    Add the green beans to the pan and start sautéing them.
    Once the green beans are partially sautéed, add the sliced red peppers and 2-3 cloves of minced garlic to the pan. Continue sautéing while stirring to avoid burning. Keep the heat at a moderate level to prevent burning and stir constantly.
    Add about 125 ml of hot water to the pan.
    Add salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper, then mix well.
    Cover the pan with a lid and let the vegetables simmer for about 10 minutes, then remove the lid.
    In a serving dish, spread the strained yogurt mixed with a bit of salt using a spoon.
    Arrange the sautéed green beans and peppers on top of the yogurt.
    Drizzle the remaining garlic and oil from the pan over the dish.
    Your fresh green bean appetizer is now ready to be served. Enjoy!
