Sometimes i would love to hear the explanation as who are these "partners" and which those often mentioned "procedures" are... Since it seems like they have no issues to give immediate responses to pretty much anything which ain't putting IL in a bad light. My question would obviously be that: Do IL have exclusive exemptions and/or privileges other countries do not have within the state department? Then also follow it up as to why it is that way.
