    You finally had a chance to take out the fly rod. Well done. Red's must be a hoot on a popper. Good thing T reported on the storm. It's hard to stop when the bite's on.

    I always heard to count the seconds till the thunder hits and then divide in two. I would say four miles.

    I am seeing some advantages of the skiff over the kayak in this case. Not just for standing in flat skinny water but the ability to outrun a storm.

    Been caught in many of bad storms. It's a little scary but we made it through everytime. And I'm still kicking chicken 😂🤣😂🙂
