Joseph Anders was a trash. Blake trusted anders and treated him like father and Anders betrayed Blake the worst way one could imagine by having an affair with Blake's wife Alexis. I don't know how Blake forgave him and it is really unsettling how everyone treated him like some Saint.
They should just let Anders retire and open his dream beach house restaurant like damn he served everyone for years, he deserved his dream to come true, not to just die! He's my favorite! Blake wouldn't be Blake without him.

This was the saddest scene in the show, I cried like he didn't deserve to die. They all seemed not to cry, I don't know why, but Alexis seemed more sad than Blake
I think it hasn't 'hit' Blake yet. Reality hasn't sunk yet. That sometimes happens. My dad was like that when my grandmother died. He only felt the pain after a few days and eventually broke down. So even though yes they are actors, but that could be a legitimate reaction.

You don't always need to cry to express sadness... They all felt his death, they just showed it in different ways...and for some it hasn't sunk in!

this is a sad yet touching scene. Sad bc Anders is dead, and he was there for everyone. He was literally the dad of the show. It was touching bc all the drama and all the chaos of the carringtons was gone for one scene, and it was beautiful

I felt the worst for Sam, Fallon and Blake.
Anders helped Sam get his life back together. He was a criminal and he got him a job. Then after he got some money, Anders taught him how to invest it, he helped Sam run his hotel etc.
The week he died, Anders saved Fallon's life. He got her out of trouble her entire life, and then gave up his actual life for her.
Then for Blake, Anders was both a father and brother. I cried re watching this

Anders was strong. He was kind, he was a dad. Not just to Blake, Steven, Kirby and Fallon, but it everyone who watched the show.
When season 4 started with a funeral, I instantly thought it was anders coz season three ended with him going to New Zealand.
I just love everything about anders. He was just the perfect character in the story, that man that cares for everyone, is like a dad to everyone, helps everyone, loves everyone, does what’s right.
I know he’s technically still in the show as a ghost but you know it’s not the same. He isn’t _there_ there anymore. It’s not the same.
You might think that he’s just an old man that died in a show and it’s not a big deal but everytime I watch this video I cry.

Listen. From the very first season, I had made up my mind that this show is not going to be watchable anymore if anything happens to Anders. All these years later, I still feel the same. And to have him go like this....in an accident....it was disappointing to say the least. He had made it THIS far. He deserved a peaceful death, or maybe a heroic one. But not the one that he got. He deserved a proper goodbye. Anders wasn't just father-figure for Blake, he was a father-figure and a friend to almost every character on this show. This isn't the way I wanted him to go. This is the problem with this show, it let go of important characters in the most anticlimactic ways. At first it was s1 Cristal, then Steven. Now Anders.
They are following the Plot of the original dynasty. Anders also died in the original it was WAYYY worse in the original than on here.
I think this death was heroic. He saved Fallon's life a few days earlier, and his wound pain is the reason why he couldn't control the car. the only reason he was driving was to visit Cristal after the surgery. That same week he was helping Sam with his hotel. Anders' last few episodes depicted him helping everyone else, so seeing them mourn him like this cuts deeper.
My heart hurts so much, this scene really broke my heart 💔😭😭 he was my favorite. Just like Sam said he really seemed indestructible to me, I never would have expected Anders to die. Why did they have to kill him why couldn’t he retire and have his dream beachside restaurant😭 he really didn’t deserve to die. The worst part is that is children weren’t even there, they don’t even know🥺😭. Saddest and most painful scene on Dynasty💔

This scene makes me realise that death will come eventually. I’m sorry but it will. Some deaths will tear you up, some won’t. It’s hard to not think, isn’t it? Everyone died at some point. Whether your a mummy’s girl/boy/child or a daddy’s girl/boy/child, it will tear you up when they leave. It will. Or if you have siblings. Or if your grandparents are still alive.
This message is upsetting, truly. But you know what? It will come eventually. He prepared.

Didn't Anders betrayed Blake by sleeping with Alexis ??? Blake trusted him blindly and Anders betrayed him the worst way one could ever betray someone. In real life it could be a real deal breaker. It frustrated me how Andres tried to justify it in season 2. How could Blake forgive him for something like that and how could everyone treat him like saint ???

Usually when a character is killed off, it's done for plot/story purposes. And while Anders was a beloved character who seemed to always be involved in the other characters' storylines, I can't help but wonder if there's more that they have planned. Who was driving the car that he swerved to miss? Was it one of the other characters? Will their secret eventually blow up and create even more drama? Or was Anders's death meant to lull us into a false sense of security? Surely they wouldn't kill off two major cast members, right? We have almost half a season left, which will culminate in another major death. I hope that I'm wrong, but I can't shake this horrible feeling that I have.
What other character do you think is going to die? Truthfully I think Alan Dale was just ready to move on from such a big commitment and with Amanda on the way a character had to die so that she could be series regular.
@@hornetpc3329 I think the only two people who are absolutely safe are Blake and Fallon. Cristal might not be out of the woods with her health issues. Adam is blackmailing the board president(?) to have the trial. Kirby has her addiction plus the death of her father. Alexis and Jeff conspired to steal that guy's ideas. Liam might not be safe with the people who killed his father. Sam and Culhane have the issues with the mob. And then there's Dominique, who was the only one not shown in the episode. Maybe she was driving the car, and when her secret is revealed, someone might seek retaliation, which will set up a murder mystery going into season 4.
@@jasonc.parker4644 I like your ideas, but I believe they were just looking to cleanly remove Anders to make way for Amanda. I don’t think there was anything suspicious about his death, but I would love for it to be revealed it’s Claudia or something like that. But he died because of his ribs, not because the other car tried to run into him.
@Jason C. Parker The show would be scrutinised far too heavily if they killed another Crystal so she is easily safe.
Anders is definitely dead, and i am sure that it will have some purpose in all of the series., we’ll see what happens :/
