yes... i really have seen it all autechre wise, and spent a lot of time with it, and this one... this one shares the number one spot with a few (but not too many either), and as the only remix. I cannot get over how incredible this one is, and to think its from 1995. It eclipses their original work from that era, in my view
This track is one of a handful I could easily listen to for hours, looped, without even thinking I need to hear something different... Autechre's remixes, always very interesting, but this is the one I still visit the most ❤️
Struggling to comprehend how this could have been made in 1995. If someone told me it was made in 2010, I couldn't even question it's maturity and production level.
Steven A , did you not know that the mid 90s was technos second golden age..after the late 80's, only in the 90s the production and understanding was much deeper...can never beat the 80s for for its uniqueness, truly original, but the mid 90s was its heyday. and thankfully I was there for both...niceness.
Listen to Coils - Love Secret Domain album in it's entirety. Then look when it was made/produced. I'm still in amazement of it's perfection and when it was made.
whoa. what are these kaleidoscopic graphics produced out of? I've never really been impressed by these kinds of music video visuals before. But watching this video was so good it reminded me of A Space Odyssey 2001.
does hannant have any Ae-like glitch dnb/IDM? jw... i'm still not acquainted with his sometimes)full-on ambient music in a categorical sense, i just recently developed an appreciation of Aphex twin's SAWII, so I'm open to any unique ambient... one beaut would be Arovane - "good bye forever," for me personally also
Beaumont Hannant returned the favour and remixed Bass Cadet for Autechre, which is sublime. He also released a number of records, many of which I have managed to hunt down and added to my collection: www.discogs.com/artist/2237-Beaumont-Hannant. I would also suggest you check out Artificial Intelligence 1 and 2 released by Warp. They kinda set the tone for this kind of music in the early 1990s
Deserves a better quality upload. One of the greatest productions in modern history. This song is out of this world, even in 2020.

Autechre is an unstoppable force.

Incredible and timeless... Listening to this track since 2000 and still sounds amazing.
I heard this on the Autechre 12 hour broadcast on March 2nd, 2010. I'd been looking for nearly two years, just now found it after substantial digging!
Autechre rules 🙌🏽
