For my "meal tracker" journal (perfectly fit 1 year into a traveler sized book) I have a page each month where I put what foods I need to use before they expire that month, and a few meal ideas (with ingredients summarized) that can be made with those foods. Less pressure on myself other than trying to not waste food that I already spent money on. 😄

I love me a reframe. I have virtually banned the word exercise from my brain. I use movement, and I have "Motion is Lotion" from Simie written in my bujo 😅
For times of changing your sleep schedule, I have heard advice that you should gradually adjust your sleep schedule by 1/4 hours per a few days or more easing your go to sleep time further to the place you want it to be in your waking hours.
I have also tried to do a snug time and then go do whatever quietly elsewhere when I am not tired while other is sleeping.
My "meal tracker" is more what i eat, not preplanning. I do have a "monthly meal plan" where I plot out meals for the month but leave space for when I make it.
I find it helps me figure out what spikes my blood sugar 😅

For meals I track by check mark if I had 3 balanced meals. I don’t get to specific since I eat the same things frequently. For exercise I have titled it movement. I feel this helps my mindset.
I see this video on monday morning, and plan in my bullet journal before going to the cinema.
Watching replay on 1st April and I need to set up a new journal as well as April itself 😮 I’m normally much further ahead - don’t know why starting a new journal has me procrastinating so much 😳 Keeping my fingers crossed that I can use my dot markers in my new journal as they bleed through my old one. I didn’t know much about paper choices when I bought the first one but now I know better!
I also decided I dislike the use of "habits" and have decided on "everyday tasks" with perhaps a flip out list so I don't need to rewrite them over and over.
Watching replay. I just wanted to shout out for you. I started Quarterly planning and my! this is a new way of thinking and organizing for me (too much ? too little? on my plate). And the amount of planning behind a nice/not boring AND useful BUJO is just enormous at the beginning. BTW I meal/ sleep log and routine/habits record on a full cycle basis. I give myself the writing space to add habits/routines if I feel something not working after 14 days. The repetitive pages twice a month drive me crazy lol. Hope it helps.
#teamReplay I am working on my journal for the next whatever until the end of Sunday the 14, and since today is the 5 of April, that is about 9 days, but it’s all good, yeah!
For now I am doing a little bit different for my meal log, so I don’t care when or what I eat so long as it’s not going to make me feel icky. So I have a page with the date day, and then three columns for the time zones of the day, 12a to 9a, 9a to 3p, and then 3p to 11:59p, so that I will just log whatever into whatever time that it happens. I don’t know if it’s gonna be too detailed or just right, but it will be fun to find out.

when you were taking about making water "fun" and how you had a flavour thing, maybe buy some other flavours so you can combine (so instead of 10 drops of one start with 5 drops of each) then you can experiment with which combos work, if they work but maybe more of this flavour and less of that flavour, that could be fun!
turns out I jumped out just in time last night. I didn't even get to you calling out my battery, because I posted that, and then it just died, without any warning. I really need to get a longer cable so I can just continue to chill out in the live! 30cm is a piss poor excuse of a charging cable.

@@JashiiCorrin it really is just ridiculous. So I either have to sit on the floor next to a power supply, which means I get stuck on the floor, or just give up usage. It's on my todo list now though.
I track my „in bed / out of bed“ times for several years now - writing them down in my habit tracker from my smart watch. And for 2 years now I am writing down calories burned and weight each day. Why? Just for the sake of being aware of these health markers. Helps me a lot to really feel what‘s going on.
I think that's the main thing yeah, awareness 👏
I finally looked through your freebie resources! Question- do I need to set them up in a particular way to print the year at a glance for an A5 notebook?
They're sized to an A5 paper size, so if you're printing on a different size paper you might need to tweak the settings. I normally print on A4, so I set my document to print one sheet as if it were trying to make room for 2 😝 hope that makes sense!
Rewatching, and am at the "habits/routine" part... I have to think of them as creating habits, because I subconsciously sabotage anything resembling a routine. It's a very toxic self-sabotage act on my part.
