Dont forget to season the bottom of the wok. Seasoning is primarily to protect it from rust and can be nonstick second. For example, when you buy a cast iron bbq you need to season it only for protection from rust because you won't be cooking an egg on the lid (unless you are into that sort of thing😅)

Do you mean the bottom as the bottom part that touches the stove?
Thinking about buying it but nowni prefer to go with aluminium wok from ikea after watching this .
