When we was 25 26 we feel invincible party 7 day a week fuck whole day do it all over again. But the food was different it wasn't as much gmo and fake this and that in the food. I have sickle cell in my late 37 38 odd mi feel dem pain and all weh u a talk bout. But last year mi change mi diet start work out more. Dem pain deh gone sleep bad and mash up gone
